Baby Pokemon should be used as an excuse for more merchandise OR to slightly buff their evolution.Kangaskhan is given a pre-evolution stage, and when that pokemon evolves, her Kangaskhan form will have higher stats than when Kanghaskan was just a one-off.

Of course that is IF GF sees it fit though if it happened, I don't think that thing wouldn't be fit for Ubers considering it's mega form is already in that tier.
The illegal filter prevents some, not all, pokemon from getting through.

I myself am probably going to opt for Omega Ruby. I'm indifferent in terms of version exclusives and all that hap, but I've always liked Team Magma more.
in the original Sapphire you actually team up with Team Magma at one point in the game just to kick Team Aqua's butt even harder than you were kicking it before.
Am I the only one who thinks Gates To Infinity was somewhat weak?
No, compared to the Explorers of Sky, its weaker, but its still pretty good.
