Have the older skins been fixed with their black outlines yet?

I don't know what's wrong with their outlines, I've changed it like 3 times, and it's still got the same problem, so I'm just leaving it for now =_=

The black outlines should be, #050505.

Oh for god's sake. No, that black isn't the one for Roboenza. The tutorial got it wrong and a lot of people used that color. That's why a lot of skins have this "error". I myself just used Color Picker on the Megaman template to check if it was really 05, and it isn't.

Oh, my bad. Forgot to post the real black. The black that works, for me at the least, is 00, 00, 00. And about the tutorial, I wouldn't know but I agree it should be fixed soon.
