SAVE and Restore problem

Hi everbody!

Yesterday I installed a MM8BDM(Normal ver.not demo or Roboneza ver.) and i save a game in FireMan Stage in tournament.So,today i'am load a game,I was at the point where I save the game but opponents are a disappeared and when I played it yesterday opponents were.
From what I know in MM8BDM has a problem with SAVE and RESTORE option.
So what now? I start the tournament again? and finish the tournament in one fell swoop?

PS:Sorry to my English,i'am Polish and and my English is not very polished.

You cant save the game via the menu, but after each tournament the game will auto save and drop you where you left when you go on start and singleplayer.
