You could make an outline around the eye, create the scouter... and color in the eyes. You've seen animes where someone's hair covers an eye yet that eye remains visible?

After a close examination of the skin... yeah it looks nice but the scouter's supposed to cover the entire eye.

Did a quick modification.

Trust me on this, just take something you like and if it is close to a megaman body, Just make it!!! I started at recoloring and then I stepped my way up to customs. And remember, DO NOT RUSH YOURSELFI got a callus that way

My main problem is the quarter-turn views. [ya know, up-left, up-right, down-left, down-right, etc.]
