Black mage :D

Just gonna tell you a word of advice, cutmanMike dislikes comments like that. Or any comments that say "I lol'd" or just a smiley or something without a purpose other than to amuse people. Warning you now, I've gotten 2 warnings form Ivory already. Best I save her/him/it (I dunno lol) the trouble, try to get back on the good side.

Thank you, Alucard. Well I'll just take this chance to say I've been working on a side-project which requires a lot of ripping and editing, so I don't have time to make MM8BDM skins right now. BUT, I have a lot of skins I left unfinished (Shinki from Touhou, Kohaku from Melty Blood, Shy Guy, etc.) that I plan on doing when I'm free so this is not dead yet, they'll just take a while.

If anything, I'll update the front and back sprites on Black Mage because, like I said, he looks fat in comparison with the side sprites, so expect the update in the next coming days if nothing comes suddenly comes up. Oh and a big thanks to everyone who uses my Black Mage skin online, it's great to see people like it and it motivates me to keep working on these.

Haha, that's great then. Good luck with future skins, hoping they'll be awesome. After all, ever since the BM skin came out my online name has been Black Mage with that skin.

*tips straw hat* You're very welcome. It's the only skin I've been using lately.

Well not fat, his head is just a pixel or two bigger than on his side sprite, and I think the robe is too. But if everyone thinks it's fine then I guess I can leave it like that, saves me a bit of work after all.

Just a tiny bump to show you guys a preview of something I'm working on:

Merry Nightmare from Yumekui Merry.

A friend of mine just started watching the series and asked me if I could make her into a skin. To be honest, I fell in love with the character at first glance so I couldn't say no.

It'll probably take a while, but I think it'll be worth it, I really need another female skin to use instead of the Touhou ones. And well, I've been procrastinating instead of finishing these, so hopefully this little request will keep my spriting mood up to finish the rest of my projects.

Bump with some news.

My last request was finished but unfortunately my friend asked me to refrain from uploading it for you guys for a lot of reasons I will not list here (I don't expect anyone to care anyways). So I'll unveil a project I've been working on in my free time these past weeks. I'm planning on doing all the skins of my favorite Final Fantasy jobs, and if I find myself having fun while at it, why not? I'll skin all the Final Fantasy jobs.

The three skins I've been (really) slowly working on are:

Magus/Warlock

Geomancer

Devout/Shaman

Like you would expect from me, these will take a long time to finish since I have a lot of hobbies to attend and I sprite just for fun and when I feel like it. But if you want to help me complete this tiny skin project, feel free to. If you don't, well that's too bad. I'll try to finish it on my own anyways.  :p

I'm already doing Red Mage (and already did White Mage and Onion Knight) so that leaves you less to work on!

Awesome! I was planning on doing Red Mage next but I trust you to do a better job at it, seeing how the two other skins came out.

Now that I finished most of my nostalgia game runs and got through some irl issues, I can come back to my lil dark corner and do stuff.

Anyways, I need to ask you guys something. Which style looks better for this skin?

I'm more into the 1st row in terms of purrdy, but the 2nd would look better in-game. What do you think?

I'd rather not have three of the same skin, so go with Number 2, or 3 if you want the first see-through character in the game.
