Just because I went into the tactical spot into Metalman stage, them bitches vote kicked me. Damnit, can't accept people using it then give up and go chase something else, damn it!

You're taking advantage of the designers overlooking that spot. You use cheap tactics instead of real tactics. Several players just hide there and use Fire Storm or some shield weapon and make it impenetrable. Where's the fun in not being able to catch someone because they cheat? I'll accept you running away and using a shield until I die, but hiding where no one can get you and using a weapon there makes the game no fun. It is just a game, yes, but games are supposed to be fun. Cheating takes the fun out of it. How about you play fair and you won't have to worry about servers kicking you. Vote kick is a way that if you are cheating, harassing to no end, making vulgar, racist or illegal comments or otherwise becoming a nuisance to the rest of the players on the server, they don't have to take your crap and they can toss you out of the game. Your situation is but ONE. You would have to make a case for EVERY possible situation where someone has been unfairly banned before you can bring it to the creators' attention. Besides, isn't vote kick an automatic feature from Skulltag? Wouldn't you have to remove it from Skulltag altogether?

Problem is the # of roboenza servers that are decently populated. It is often one and rarely two.

Then request to the owner of the server that the disallow vote kicking because it's always being abused.

Also, if there is a genuine arseface who needs to be kicked, just add him, her or it to your ignore list.

If majority of the players don't want you playing with them, they should be able to kick you. If everyone agrees you are being cheap, be they noobs or not, they should be able to kick you.
