Dude, I've heard the "uncle works at nintendo" joke like a million times on the internet , as a joke -- I'm surprised people around here haven't as well, NOR have they obviously heard it irl, it's kinda weird to see it fly over so many people's heads lol.

But yeah, aren't you guys forgetting the "easter egg" skins?  Alien Wily, Wily the the Mega Man's Soccer mech, and Auto?

There are console commands to change your skin to those three (and maybe more?) but I forgot them; I'm sure they're around on the forums.  And of course the color codes for names, which is Skulltag more than MM8BDM again...

I know. But hey, I'm in freaking 8th grade, and I showed MM8BDM to kids at school to play online with flashdrives. Ho-lee-crap. Like, 7 or 8 kids in a row playing some good ol' 8bittiness. It was awesome. Then it got banned. Also, yeah, my friend put up a server so everyone was playing on the same server.

Yeah, yeah, but it's something that exists that players would be interested in that many wouldn't know about upon playing the game.  Of course it's not an "easter egg" but it's something that wouldn't be completely unfitting to mention in a thread like this.

And I figured I might as well list those skin commands, since no one else has;
Type the phrase in the quotation marks to unlock a hidden skin (which will become selectable from the group of default skins once unlocked)

"skin auto" - Auto
"skin alien" - Alien Wily, from MM2
"skin wilyskullsuit" - Wily in mobile armor, from (I assume) Mega Man's Soccer

Auto appears near the beginning of the skin list after Sniper Joe, while the latter two appear at the very end, after Ballade.
