There already is a "Flashing Flashman" out there, except he blinks the weapon colors when moving. Other than that, it's just like the stock one.

As for your idea, we'd have to call it "Trenchcoat Flashman" to avoid conflict in skin names.

i know about the flashing flashman skin, i have it which gave me the idea for this request, so yeah i think the name you put would sound good to me.
