Some good news and bad news...

Good news: I can get a new music pack coming in finally...but there are still some songs I don't have...due to Cutstuff's stupid 50-message only inbox capacity... but for the most part, they're all doing wonderful, and I'm putting some songs in myself. Like Castlevania Chronicles' remix of Simon's theme

Bad news: I forgot how to make Xhairs apparently, and had to remove the link. Sorry.

Where do you put music packs? In the MM8BDM folder?

Easy. Create a new folder titled "skins" and put your PK3s in there. [ALL OF THEM! MUSIC, SKINS OR MAPS!]

DO NOT LISTEN TO RENEGADE.

Stuff like Skins and music is fine. But keep levels out of it.
If you put in levels, or gamemodes and then your mm8bdm stops launching because skulltag keeps crashing. It's because of things going in the folder that shouldn't be there, and is conflicting with the game in some way, shape or form. If people would use DoomSeeker or IDE, then the include file paths makes it irrelevant to even worry about having to add files or sticking non skin and music in the skins folder.

In short, stop teaching people bad habits!

Jeesh Ivory no need to be so hostile... o.o;;

You could've just said I was incorrect in my instructions instead of just shouting in all caps "DONT LISTEN TO SO-AND-SO!"
You're a moderator here, not a shrieking troll... =.=

You know Ivory, I think he's right. You didn't have to say "DON'T LISTEN TO HIM!" you could have corrected him.

And you yourself are incorrect as well.

You can put music, skins, and MOST maps into the skins folder. That way you don't have to add all your maps at once into add-file. Game modes are NAWT recommended in there.

Some maps, such as the Wahwee race track, don't work so good in the skins folder. Here's a list of no-nos for the skin folder maps:

Wily Racetrack (can't go on servers)
Galactic Raceway (whatever that map was created my Keyro was called...might have spelled the name wrong.)
KillerChairFortress (doesn't register)
NO GAME MODES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And also, it may sound completely crazy, but some people don't know how to use Doomseeker, so it's best we use the internal server browser.
