When I was little, I had Megaman 3. Then it was sold along with Phantom System. Since them I have only emulated, but I have Megaman 2 and 3 for mobile phone and the Megaman 1 Mobile somewhere in my HDD.

Unfortunately, I don't have an NES, so I am restricted to what the Wii Shop Channel can sell me.

Should I care? It's not like you could get jail time. If you told a cop you download roms I think the worst you would get would be a mean look.
