Is it just me or is the Chao giant in size? It looked to me it was even bigger than Sonic in MM8BDM (though not as big as Tails).

I haven't seen anyone play as the chao yet, so I can't really say. But I'd like to take a look at that myself. Sounds fishy.

I looked at the Chao in the screenshot...it just looked really big. I'll be taking a look now, though, since I'm trying to get rid of skins I don't like.

Silly people.
The chao is exactly the same size his sprites are. It looks giant compared to Sonic because the sprites are from two different games. This chao is from the tiny chao garden in Sonic Advance. His size is perfectly normal. I didn't do any resizing or anything.

Just a little nitpick on the back sprites. The outline on some parts of the hat seem a little off, comparing with the rest of the sprites, specially on the top end.

I told you about that before. =P I say go ahead and change it. You could leave the original black as outlines of her hair as well, just so she can still have red around her but not blinding.
Also, is it just me or does she look a little more...menacing, as a zombie?

Well, I'm done all the sprites.
I tested the different shade of black on some other poses, and it just seemed to look awkward. Having all of her hair turn red looked a lot more normal, albeit eye catching. So I'll just leave it like that.
