Mewtwo is a tad confusing in Roboenza mode, specially for he doesn't have much Blue and Cyan....

I have to agree with your statement on the Zero skin. The buster looks horrid on the one that's already out there.

What help do you need with Vile? Also, I suggest making him 8-bit. He's got too many shades right now to be 8-bit.

I need help learning to make rotations. For the A1 rotation I already made, I just thought of a really cheap way to make it, and i edited it(edits on the face, chest, and sprited the canon blaster laser thing). Oh, and I plan to make a 8 bit and non 8 bit one.

Reguarding your Statement on Vile...Are you using Megaman Xtreme sprites? Granted, he is in ride armor, but it should prove as a guide if you use them.
