NetGame Problem

Okay... I buy'd new computer, and everything was going just perfect until I created skins folder. Without this folder everything is working okay, players can join to my server and i can join to their. But when I use wads from skins folder (not addfile) Nobody can join my server and I can't join any server.
On old PC it never was happens... Can anyone help me please?

Skin folder is for skins, take maps, game modes etc. out of it.

But on old pc it was working with maps and musics too...

okay nevermind. I fixed it.
doublearenab1_xw.wad was causing it.
