Can someone help me with this?

Can someone help me with this math problem because I had a test today and didn't know how to do this and class was almost over some im finishing it tommorrow and I don't know how to solve it. Can you help?

pathagryen theory backwards, 7^2 - 4^2 = x^2, 21^2 - 4^2 = y^2
