MM8BDM Mapping Competiton #1 - WINNER!

It's time for a new compo! Custom maps have been around since the ol SGC demo so let's have a mapping contest.



You are competing to get this medal:

This competition involves making a map for MM8BDM, specifically for one on one duels. Duel maps can be as fancy or ugly as anything but the beauty lies in the layout. To keep things interesting, please read the specific rules below.

RULES:

The map's playing area MUST BE NO BIGGER THAN 2048 x 2048 MAP UNITS. You can check this by drawing a line on Doom Builder 2 and checking the number displayed on the line. Scenery/skyboxes etc is fine, just as long as you can't walk past the 2048x2048 limit!
 Submissions must contain ONE new map that can be run with MM8BDM launcher (via add file).
 Submissions must only include map data and MAPINFO. No new textures, weapons, actors etc.
 Feel free to add custom music, but it will not be judged on this.
 To get an idea of a good duel map, look at MM1DW1,MM1DW3, MM4SKU or MM6TOM.

Submissions are to be sent to me via PM. I will judge the entries based on how well they work in an actual 1v1 duel. I will stop collecting submissions on the 13th of February, and the winner will be announced shortly after.

Hey Cutty, can the max size be 2048 x 2048? Because I really would love if the max sizing would land on the blue grid in DB2.
Or is asking for a full 32 64x64 blocks too much?

Yes (as long as you made it) and yes.

Does the entire map have to fit in the 2048 by 2048 area, or just the playing area?  The entire playing area in my map is exactly 2048 by 2048, but adding windows and decorations (inaccessible to the players) takes it beyond that limit.
