He used to be pretty cool in my books but when I was working on his class I just realised how... rubbish he and his attacks were. I can just imagine it in Capcom:

HURR HES A TRAIN WE MAKE HIM GO CHOO CHOO
BUT THAT NO FUN FOR PLAYER
SO WE MAKE HIM INVINCIBLE MOST ATTACK

Just to add... Stoneman also for his power  :mrgreen:

Though against chargeman it works easily.

Not sure if he counts (he doesn't have a Doc Wily Number) but Doc Robot. They hit hard, they spaz out when you hit them, and they cause you to have to beat 18 ROBOT MASTERS IN ONE GAME!!!!

Also, Chill Man is a cheap spike-spamming idiot.
