Hard mode??? It's hard in I'm too young to die because it's difficult to avoid the creepers or the jitterskull!!! And she pwns me with stun balls. What's hard mode? HOW is hard mode??? Ista-kill it's hard and it's in normal skills...

Hmm... Both in normal and hard mode ghouls (and even the yurei's attacks) still do normal damage, for most ghouls, that is instakill(aka Sjas, Creeper, kill you instantly if you let them, so run away! They'll die after being on the field for a while). Jitterskull, Yurei's lightning, and even with some luck her (glitched at the moment) flame balls dont instakill.
Edit: The deal with Jitter and lightning is to not keep getting hit, it adds up quickly!
Well to keep it short its all about dodging the heavy/instakill attacks. Hard mode makes this harder by having to dodge a combination of TWO attacks she spits out you, at the same time! AKA She'll do a flame vortex on you and also lets ice spikes chase you, ah, some of these require some thinking to dodge.
Well, if you got a friend who thinks he's good at dodging things in FPS games/doom, hard mode is ideal to rip them to shreds. :P
Oh and if you're going slow, try enabling running, if its not already active, it should be in Player Options, found somewhere in the Multiplayer menu. And another tip, when running you can hold the jump button, jumping at whatever chance you get, due to being mid-air while moving fast, you'll end up moving alot faster, but it will be harder to turn in other directions, they basically call it bunny-hopping, might work well to avoid her stun balls.
If you use strafe keys to dodge you can strafe into a direction you're also normally running into, it'll make you go a little faster, but cant aim without walking normally again. An example of how to do it is say, run forward while pressing the strafe right button at the same time. It wont give too much of a good view but its a little faster.
And hard mode is as quoted from the text inside the wad "for suicidal freaks", so... Considering getting hit already means high damage or death, its double hard. :P

Thanks for the tips!
I play as a ghostbuster and always with bots... when I play alone I sweat because I always look with the keyboard and it's not fast as looking with the mouse so I can't see her... and when she summons creepers... the creepers are the only ghouls that scare me. First time I watched a creeper attack (on GF3):

Ah, in Ghouls Forest 3 they do have their pop up attack, but in Yurei Battle(the one that comes with GVHv3b1) not even the creepers have their pop up attack. They have a fair melee range and kill instantly in each chance they get. Marine should be among the easiest classes to do this with, use grenades for Sjas and Creeper (the Yurei is immune to explosives such as grenades anyway), machinegun works perfectly for hitting her when she's doing her heartbeat/teleport attack, spaz around a bit on where she is and hope some bullets go her way, and riotgun works well to kill Sjas when grenades are not needed or empty.
Oh, ammo drops too sometimes, better drop chance from killed ghouls, however. I guess thats all the tips, hehe... You should try it online sometime if you can find or make a server, good fun with friends. Though difficulty and lenght/power of some moves change as more players join. Oh and creepers have like 20-30 or so hp, a riotgun blast should shut them down easily too, if they're not grouping on you.
Edit: Oh, and a mouse works better for finding her, if you can set up one, it helps alot in just about anything in doom, actually. Even makes say, dodging a Cyberdemon's rockets (boss from Doom) easy WHILE shooting at it with fine accuracy. Assuming you've got buttons to strafe and move forward/backwards and such.

Hmm... Becoming a 'master' at Skulltag is just a matter of having a mouse, keyboard, and some practise. Setup aiming with the mouse, there should be mouse-related options somewhere, set the sensetivity on just the way you like it, not too strong nor too slow, just right so like turning around 180 degrees (all the way backwards) to shoot someone coming at you should actually work, for example.
Of course having the right controls and/or settings is only half work, to be good with/against something you need to know it, how to use it and defeat it, but knowledge and some good reflexes come with plenty of practise. :P
Hmm... And yeah, using the same name in-game.
Hmm... Well the easiest way to become good is to just keep playing and constantly learning new things, only question is what to play, heh, fair bit of stuff on Skulltag though lately most of it isnt very interesting or has high ping. Oh, and speaking of ping, the server list should show red, orange and green icons/bars or numbers under the catagory ping. Ping is good to have low, the higher the ping, the longer it takes for the game to react to your button presses, and thats not a good thing. :P
Any ping around 0-75 or so should be perfect, anything higher up to 120-130 ish should be somewhat slow, if it starts to go like 170 to 200+ you're gonna lag quite badly.
