Rockman 4 MI

Incase any of you don't know, Rockman 4 MI is probably one of the most extensive Mega Man ROM hacks ever created. Its just riddled with ASM hacking. Its currently not finished but getting updates rapidly. It goes to Wily 2, but doesn't have Cossack 4 but that stage is promised to be epic.

I don't really get why people keep saying Hell Wheel is overpowered, when HCR Boomerang is clearly much, much more powerful. It can be aimed in all eight direction, it can be rapidfired, it can also be held in place to inflict several repeated hits, which makes it very effective against several bosses, and can also retrieve items, all for a rather low energy cost.

Well first off, pretty much every weapon is good against every boss aside from *Toad and Recycle Inhaler. They say its OP mainly for how quickly it lets you go through stages and rape pretty much everything in your tracks.

A weapon that can do that is generally OP, yes.

hell wheel is considered OP because it kills almost all of the small enemies instantly. small enemies come in swarms usually so you get a fresh supply of energy and health. It also takes more skill to shoot a boomerang then to just plow through everything.

I think it is considered OP because qzecwx shows it off to the max.

Crash Man is no problem, Recycle Inhaler takes him out in 4 or so hits.
Also, Recycle Inhaler is amazing.

As far as I know, in the latest update he was made immune to Recycle Inhaler.

Well, I've got the Shadow Megaman Update and I beat him with it.

Weird, when I tried it it didn't work. Also, Korby, Hell Wheel is REALLY hard to use. It makes you very prone to death not to mention to truly rape the stage you have to have perfect reflexes for jumping. Its only use for me that I can find so far is the very first room of cossack 1 and the ton of mets from wily 2, its not very useful for no damage.

Also, Hell Wheel is good for the above water half of Dive's stage and some of Pharaoh's and Toad's stages.

Yay, more advertising. Drill Man is up in the no damage run. Woot. Also, Dive is next so no Hell Wheeling for him.
