I don't think Hell wheel is that OP in my opinion, mainly because I keep dieing with it -_- (well, usually just get hurt a lot)
I've been thinking I could try and tackle all the fortress bosses buster-only while recording it. I usually use other weapons.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned spread drill at all. Low ammo usage, plows through enemies easily, has an awesome range, Can be spammed a lot, hits the ceiling, straight forward, and down, has an affinity to pretty much every boss, easily obtained, etc,
Honestly, I think it's the best weapon in the game.

Eh, Drill Torpedo is good, but I prefer the Spark Manbow. Powerful, melee and projectile, and the name makes it AWESOME.

I love all the weapons, especially Ring and Drill. (But really, HCR Boomerang is way more OP then Hell wheel)

I'm trying to figure out where all the songs are from. Ran into this one today on accident:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hv9gjW63te4&
Starts at 0:31
In fact, the second half of Wily 2 is from this game.

Stage Select - Kirby 64
Pharaoh Man - Actraiser
Dive Man - Mappy Kids
Toad Man - Some Japanese only game that I can't spell Koir something or other.
Skull Man - Adventure Island 2
Bright Man - Some F-Zero game
Drill Man - Challenger
Ring Man - Mario Cart Super Circuit
Boss Theme - Fire Emblem
Both the Cossack and Wily boss themes are from Legend of Stafy.
The rest I have no idea

Cossack 2 or if you can get to and beat Crash Man in Drill Man's stage.

Yes but much easier because the Sakugarne gives you much more room for error.

Dust Man: Doraemon: Attack Of The Giga Zombie
Also, it's almost necessary to beat Enker when he's on the right side of his battle screen if you want Balloon and Trampoline in the Cossack stages.

Title theme is an unused track from MMV. Amazing, I thought all the tracks in that game were used.. OH WELL. Awesome none the less.

Puresabe has a great taste in music.
Also, is there any easy way to beat the hippo using just the buster and not using 3 E-tanks?
Also I found out that if you use Wish Star on Wily Boss 1 it gets rid of his shield! Which if your fighting him buster only (which you should) it makes it a lot more easier
