I think some trading-card-game would be made based off of memes.
Also, criminals are replaced by hackers.  Of course, there are good hackers and bad hackers, but I'm referring to the bad ones.

Lagg would be devastating...
Think about it.

You step into a train waiting for it to leave.
The train moves but you are stuck in a laggspike.
The lagg stops as soon as the train already departed from the station.
You drop onto the traintracks still in the station :p
