Mega Buster + Proto Shield (MM7) (second-strongest buster with best shield)

Flame Blast (MM6) (this thing is ridiculously powerful against mid-bosses)
Screw Crush (MM10) (a Metal Blade clone with obscene ammo? FUCK YEA)
Hornet Chaser (MM9) (the Dive Missile / Grab Buster love child)
Hard Knuckle (MM3) (obligatory wall-breaking power weapon)
Magic Card (MM&B) (a powerful melee that saps enemy HP? FUCK YEA)
Tornado Hold (MM8) (multiple hit ripper AND utility platforming weapon)
Scorch Wheel (8BDM) (you never know when you might need a speed boost)
Time Stopper (MM2) (might not be as efficient but at least it tells me when time unfreezes)

Auto Summon Item (MM8) (Auto follows me and blasts things with his bazooka)
Restore Part (RM4MI) (grants +10 Weapon Energy to all weapons upon death)
Rush Jet (MM3) (the wonderfully broken version that lets you fly in any direction)

If I have access to all of Mega Man's powerups and have to pick 8 weapons and 3 utilities, this is what I will pick:
Metal Blade (MM2, DUH!)
(click to show/hide)
Hard Knuckle (MM3, break walls and deals big damage)
Magma Bazooka (MM9, chargeable and spreads out)
Star Crash (MM5, eliminates weak shots and can be thrown)
Yamato Spear (MM6, rapid fire + shield breaking = AWESOME! L:<)
Flash Stopper (MM4, freezes time AND lets us shoot)
Tornado Hold (MM8, wind ladder)
Thunder Beam (MM1, three directional shot)

Rush Jet (MM3, broken flying! L:<)
Beat Call (MM7, rescue from pitfall)
Item 3 (MM2, wall scaling utility)
