I haven't finished the game yet, but I will be very curious to see if you gave proper credit for using my Magic Man tiles.
I don't mean to imply I'm mad or anything, I did say they were free for others to use... but some credit would be appropriate.

Yes, I did properly credit you. I should include a text file with the credits in it as well.

Here's version 1.2 for Square Root of Negative One! This update has 12 new art books, buffs to 7 of the 8 Robot Masters, and a ton of little adjustments and bug fixes.
Download
Changelog:
(click to show/hide)
- Added weapon demonstrations.
- Mega Man now absorbs the bosses' power after their defeat.
- Fixed a bug where Milk would glitch after hitting it with the Illuminati Tape.
- Fixed a bug where if the Wily stages were open you couldn't use the exit utility. It was supposed to just not work in the actual Wily stages.
- Fixed weird flashing spikes in Toss Tortoise.
- Fixed a bug where in some parts of some stages (notably the second room of Wily 4) would play the select sound if you pressed left or right.
- Fixed a bug where Sumatrans and Rolling Turtle would react to destroyed cracked blocks.
- Fixed a bug where if you hit "Continue" in Wily 5 you would continue in the refight room with all of your progress saved.
- Fixed a bug where the green tracking enemies would randomly disappear.
- Hopefully fixed a bug where Milk would just get stuck sometimes.
- Burning Coal now shoots five coals and can be aimed up or down to change vertical reach.
- Hello is less hilariously weak to the Milk Spray to make him more of a challenge.
- The first fortress boss will now still divebomb you if you hit him with his weakness.
- Mega Man is now properly colored during the ending.
- Gave better hints to where some secret paths were.
- Added a checkpoint in Angry Sun's stage.
- Angry Sun's shield now has 3 health instead of 4.
- Fixed a bug where you could get stuck in the refights.
- RushJet1 is now properly credited in the credits. Sorry!
- Hopefully fixed a bug where you would land on Rush Jet when you shouldn't have.
- Replaced some enemies in the Hello item area.
- The ring miniboss in Angry Sun keeps his rings down longer.
- Fixed random tile errors.
- Fixed areas where you could scroll the screen when you shouldn't have.
- Fixed Air Commando's bombs going backwards at some point.
- Fixed Air Commando jumping before his Commando Bomb patterns are finished.
- Fixed all Battons being 8 pixels higher than they should have.
- Corrected the extra life sprite.
- Hello's arena is now bigger.
- Credits are included in the Readme file.
- Some minor tile additions and removals have been made in various stages.
- Fixed a glitch where a Plant Man clone would appear at the bottom of the screen in the boss chamber in his stage.
- Added 12 new books hidden in various new areas. Some books have also been moved.
- Many boss changes to make them harder. Specifically:
- Hello shoots the Yahoo Barrage at you upon landing, and he jumps higher to accomodate this. His Ninja Suit attack is faster. He attacks faster in general. The Superball attack comes faster.
- Thomas always causes rocks to fall and his coal attack is faster.
- Milk's column attack is faster, jumps less before attacking, and waits less after landing. It also occasionally spits out some milk upwards which will come down on top of you.
- Charge Man moves faster.
- A tracking crosshair now follows you during the Cutman fight.
- Toss Tortoise will now try to slam you instead of jumping at you.
- One of the first fortress bosses' attacks is harder to dodge. Another attack also now bounces around instead of just moving in your general direction. It also has a new attack.
- Angry Sun now blasts fire at you upon hitting a wall.
- Doodlebob now shoots bombs more often.
- Illuminati's energy bar attack is faster, has a different sprite, and lasts for longer. His crosshair attack now shoots two more vertically moving crosshairs. His Illuminati Tape now actually freezes you.

Choosing to Restore Default options is consistent with the default options when starting the game for the first time.
Shock Man won’t occasionally stick to the walls.
Fixed tiling errors in a few stages.

Quickly getting through the wall in the coffin room will despawn the Knight Man helper.

When facing Squirm in Terror Man’s stage, the player can’t skip the final room ahead of time.
If Mega Man slides into an appearing block he will be pushed out.
Exiting from the boss rematch chamber via the pause menu will restart the entire final stage.
Getting crushed by a falling block while using Charade Clone and sliding won’t soft lock the game.
Holding the Jump Button will not prevent Mega Man from using the Slide Button.
Photon Man’s photon flare attack won’t continue after his defeat.
Weapons won’t affect enemies in off-screen chunks.
On hard, charged Buster shots won’t go through bosses unless it’s the final blow.
Solar blocks no longer have premature power loss.
Seems interesting. I'll have to go through and try it out sometime.

Got done replaying the updates Rock Force. It's so nice when a creator listens to critique.
(click to show/hide)
As one might guess, the story is still just as ridiculous as it has always been with JUSTICE MAN (though the sprite art has been touched up in some areas, and while it's better, there's still plently of room for improvement but hey, compared to the first version, this is so great. But to my delight, the ending was changed almost completely, going from some over the top "WHY AM I FIGHTING FOOOOOR" ending, to an ending that while Justice Man is still the dead, Megaman still looks to the future of making the world a better place and fighting for everlasting peace yada yada.
AKA IT WASN'T STUPID.
Also little nice things with each of the Robot Masters was cute, even if the sprite art was once again kinda odd, it was enjoyable.
As for gameplay stuff itself, the main 8 stages are mostly the same (Charade Man got some changes including changing his mugshot to various things including Charade Woman which was amusing) but what really gets interesting is the new 4 "merged" robots if you kill them in a different order.
They're rather odd to say the least. Some of them feel out of place and they are very gimmicky (I know the other 4 merged have gimmicks but these ones relied on their gimmicks) and it felt kinda weird. The bosses themselves were interesting, and tried to add something new to the table and most of them were interesting, though one of them whose name I can't remember was pretty boring.
Which is why I can't remember his name.
Anyhow, the last thing worth noting is how Justice Man's stage is actually a stage that requires effort instead of just being copy/paste from the RM levels, it mixes and matches gimmicks from those levels into NEW CHALLENGES WHOAAAAA WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?!?!
So yeah, I'm rather impressed that Rock Force keeps improving with each version. Of course it has it's flaws and down points (VIRUS MAN'S GIMMICK IS SOOOOOO FUN RIGHT GUYS) but the creator actually listens to people and tries to make his game better, and so far it's been going well. I'm impressed, especially because I wasn't expecting any sort of ending change.
GG had fun except for virus man
