Well Metal beats Metal because if u look at the MegaMan wiki and look up MrtalMan it tells u that when Dr.Wily created him there was a defect in his defense mechanism that of course Wily didn't know about.  And because of that defect he is weak against the MegaBuster and his own weapon.


 EDIT: So MetalMan was intended to be a really hard boss and a total badass but because Dr.Wily had his sights set on revenge, world domination, and of course his niavitey, and giant ego he didn't pay attention to it.

Crash beats Quick. Because when you JUST THREW A FREAKIN BOMB AT HIM

Top beats Shadow. Shadow Man is a ninja. And a ninja must be defeated in an epic duel or something. When Megaman spins on him, Shadowman is disgraced by this really stupid way of trying to kill him and thus dies in shame

Pharaoh beats Ring. The GIANT BALL OF FIRE burns his rings because of how hot it is. When you burn Ring Man's Rings he has nothing. Thus he explodes.

Skull beats Dive. Since you have to get up and personal to hit Dive Man with that weapon. It's basically a giant submarine crashing into a pile of crap. In this case Skulls. And giant crashes into crap doesn't end well

Dive beats Drill. Whenever you shoot one of those homing missiles the homing signal it sends out does some crazy crap to Drill Man's Drill. So it's not the missile doing the damage. It's the fact that Drill Man's Drill is short circuting.

Gyro Beats Crystal. The Reason Gyro Man's weapon can shoot up is because of a sudden gust of wind that shoots it up.
Now this gust of wind also blows Crystal Man's Crystals away...and well you know the rest.

Galaxy Beats Jewel. When you shoot the Black Hole Bomb it sucks of Jewel Man's Jewels. And without those he can't be fabulous. So he dies of a lack of being fabulous.

Nitro Beats Commando. The Wheel Cutter cuts open Commando's Man Underwear (It's there. Look for it) and when it does he becomes a literal Commando Man. But he can't handle that shame. And dies.

Pharaoh is good against Wily Capsule because YOU JUST THREW A BALL OF FIRE AT A VERY SMALL CRAFT!

Crash beats that...puzzle boss thingy. Because Wily made it so well that only bombs can destroy it.

Rain Flush Beats Normal Wily. Wily is just a human. And that little craft just lets him escape. Now in the past Rain Flush outright destroys anything weak. And since Wily is a human and his little craft has little to no defense...

Warning: Killing Dr. Wily will indeed break your franchise.

I'm pretty sure Quick being weak to crash is because of his amour. Quickman has lightweight amour so he can move around fast, but this comes at the cost of not being quite as strong as some of the others. Big explosions could break apart this amour quite easily.

Slash weak to scorch is probably because it would burn his hair or something

But....Why is Needleman weak to Gemini laser? I mean really, I can understand quickman doc robot being weak to it, BUT WHY NEEDLEMAN?

Freeze Cracker against Slash. Slash Man is kinda like a caveman. And Cavemen get frozen in ice. So he get's frozen and stuck.
But get's better.
And dies in the end

Metal VS Flash. Flash Man is kinda like a camera. That stops time. And you can easily cut up cameras.

Plant VS Tomahawk. Tomahawk man is allergic to the type of plants, Plant Man is made out of.

Gemini VS Needle. HE JUST GOT HIT BY A FREAKIN LASER

But why would a ninja with a spikey head that shoots little needles in particular be weak to a bouncy laser stuffed with gemini rocks? It makes no sense to me

Because Needles are smaller. Thus get incinerated by Lasers easier.
