Wood Man's main weakness is Atomic Fire so that doesn't apply really. Although it could be really simply explained away by the air shooter blowing away Wood Man's leaves.

The Thunder Beam short-circuits whatever mechanism is used to power the Time Slow.

Fire Storm doesn't hurt Ice Man because his Jacket is Fire Proof.

Dr. Light thought of that just in case some rebel tried to set him on fire.
He didn't expect him to go evil or anyone to shoot electricity at him though.

I really can't see why everyone is so confused about Ice not being weak to fire. Isn't it obvious? Iceman was made to go to really really cold places and he almost always feels cold. He is so used to these conditions that it would take a bit more than a few blasts of fire to throw him off balence

Turboman has a built-in radio, so how can some sound hurt him?

Since he has a radio, he obviously has some sort of audio reciever like ears. Now, what happens when you hear something REALLY high pitched or loud? You get physical pain, not just hearing damage. His audio receptors overload and cause him to take damage.

I think, that Wave Man's weak to Charge Kick because it's obtained from a train, and a train smokes out hot smoke from its pipe, so the Charge Kick is hot like the smoke from the train's pipe, so it boils Wave Man's water, thus boiling his own body. As for Star Man, I don't really know...
