That list forgot Super Arm. You could probably say that the slide is Charge Kick. (even if it doesn't have that visual effect)

Mega Man looks really unique because apparently most of his normal moves are actually projectiles. In the video Llama linked to, the Mega Buster is his neutral attack.

Anyone else really hyped about how HD Megaman is? Seriously it brings joy to me to see Megaman look really high graphical and animated in a 3D game.

There is a LOT to be excited about, but this was definitely very very nice to see! This is the work of people who care and respect Mega Man as an NES icon; they didn't make him completely 8-bit like some joke character, and instead created a modern HD look that still kept everything that makes NES Mega Man what he is. I would love nothing more than to see brand new Mega Man games in this style : )

Wait, RockMan? in Smash Bros.?

RockMan in Smash Bros = Heart Attack Level: MAXIMUM
I guess thats one good thing about today.
Also, according to the trailer, MegaMan doesn't change colours. which is confusing although i love that. Now lets hope he gets his own stage and it looks like Dr. Wright Right Light's Lab or something. Also, Blues References anyone?

So form what I'm seeing Mega Man will be a projectile-themed fighter, quite the interesting twist to the series if you ask me.

Also,...

Mega Man's move list has yet to be announced. It is sure to make use of his iconic Mega Buster. However, like the original Mega Man games for the NES, he will also make use of the Robot Master weapons in combat. As shown in the trailer, the current list of confirmed weapons usable are:

Mega Buster (Mega Man 1 - 10, Starting Weapon)
Metal Blade (Mega Man 2, Metal Man's Weapon)
Crash Bomber (Mega Man 2, Crash Man's Weapon)
Leaf Shield (Mega Man 2, Wood Man's Weapon)
Hard Knuckle (Mega Man 3, Hard Man's Weapon)
Flame Sword (Mega Man 8, Sword Man's Weapon)
Slash Claw (Mega Man 7, Slash Man's Weapon)
Spark Shock (Mega Man 3, Spark Man's Weapon)
Flame Blast (Mega Man 6, Flame Man's Weapon)

There are quite a few MM2 weapons announced (and no MM4 or MM5)

Aside from the Super Arm left out of the list (which was brought up a few posts ago), Mega Man can also use Top Spin. I think the reason for not having Mega Man change colors is for the purpose of having alternative player colors like past installments of Super Smash Bros. I will say I do like how Mega's buster arm changes based on what weapon he's using, and carrying on the whole "can't use two busters without overheating" gimmick that was introduced with Super Adventure Rockman.

Or Yellow Devil could either appear as a background character, appear as a stage hazard in the Wily Castle stage, or as an Assist Trophy (I'm still hoping for Proto Man to fit that role, though).

Lol! It will be one character, a friend said, megaman is not totaly from Nintendo, as Sonic, it will be ONE character from Megaman and it's enough for me and it's REALLY GOOD.

I hope the best for him in this game.

I bought yesterday "SSB brawl" to start to train ! (there is some contest in the south of France, i would want try with Megaman   )

I've mapped out every move we know so far and tried to sort them just using my assumptions.

(click to show/hide)

So it looks like only the Final Smash is unknown.

That Up Air is definitely Air Shooter. Wind Storm could only travel across the ground, where Air Shooter went upwards. The only time Wind Storm went upwards was when it caught an enemy, and Air Shooter doesn't need to do that to go up.
