As Llama said, it's good for defensive playstyles. All of it's stuff cause the burn status which is pretty cool unless you're in FSC. The firebolt has a fairly low cooldown, especially with augments.Seraphynx is that support type that may or may not increase the amount of Sparks of Life you keep with you. The ray of light is very useful when paired with a teammate's Maskeraith's Caustic Quills. The heart attack and angelic aura are both for defense+support, and are quite useful.Maskeraith is that OTHER one that I picked due to thinking it was underrated. Caustic Quills are handy because they inflict poison, and they stick to targets. When you hit a target, it deals bonus damage and removes one quill from the target. Shadow Cloak is useful for people that like to go to arenas, or any place that you get chased by everything. It's more of a utility, and I don't use it all that much, but it helps you get out of sticky situations. I don't know much about Hexing Haze, but it looks like a pretty cool thing to use in a crowd. So basically:Drakon = Single Target-ish Assault, Fire, Thunder_Electros raging at you.Seraphynx = Healing, Defense, Awesome Level 100 appearance, if you have the patience and materials for that.Maskeraith = Crowd Control, Poison, EscapeI think Maskeraith or Seraphynx is what you want: You like slapping things with oversized icy hunks of metal on a stick like you always did, and they both seem to compliment that.By the way I know like nothing about Seraphynx and Drakon's game feel because I picked Maskeraith.

That was extremely informative and from that post alone I felt like I learned more compared to the overview post from the Spiral Knight devs or me repeating the three sprite missions about five times. You're right, I'll probably end up choosing Not Drakon; Arena sub-stages are actually my second favorite Clockworks design and it seems like I'm always shielding or using the Dash Booster, though Seraphynx is incredibly tempting in the whole "you won't die so fast" department. I think I burned through three Sparks of Life on Warmaster Seerus alone, and mob-type bosses like Jelly King typically give me trouble, so making their minions spit out hearts for me sounds like an ideal ability. Thanks for writing this out, and if you don't mind I'll go toss it in the thread as well.
guys you should donate crowns to the guild so we can be amazingalso stop playing on mentally disabled orangutan mode you're embarrassing me

I can give you Guild Master privilege if you really want it, I guess. Also, I'm not as OP as you are, I guess. Do you have 5* everything, perchance? (I'm going to try to elite everything I can because of the payout, but I'm doing it with friends so the monsters have someone else to use as a punching bag.)
note to selfnever play solo elite missions againever (click to show/hide)
