Being one of the first Maverick Hunters, Chill Penguin failed to kill Megaman X. The most powerful Reploid in this land.
Chill Penguin found himself revived by his dead master, Sigma.
"Meep! Its another nice day in my land of ice! But I think I should do something more worthwhile in my time, so I will go out and find something else to do.
Chill Penguin suddenly stood up, and walked to his exit, and started his journey onto another dungeon on this great land.
"Meep!"
