House example?
Yes. I was thinking of going with this until you posted that.

I like pretty much anything energetic. With some exceptions on both sides of the line (i.e. I dislike some energetic songs and like some slow songs), but I suppose that's typical.

If I had to pick 3...

(Be aware that most of the music I listen to is remixes. I do listen to some other stuff, though.)

Drum 'n' Bass - There's just something about a good bassline that makes a decent song even better.

Dubstep - More bassline goodness. Whenever I hear that wobbling bass synth, I can't resist the urge to bob my head to the beat.

Rock - Nothing like a good ol' electric guitar to get the blood flowing.

Honorable Mentions (not on the list):
Jazz - HOW IS JAZZ NOT ON THIS LIST! COME ON!

Folk - "Folk-style" music has this wild, natural quality to it that's great for relaxing. (If your wondering what kind of music I'm talking about, have a spoiler at the end of the post.)

Big Band - Big band music kicks brass. That is all.

Yeah, I pretty much like any kind music so long as it has a clear melody I like.  That's why I kinda lean toward classical and sometimes rock.  And, as Smash put so well:

I especially hate those songs that sound more like the person is just yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs rather than singing. If I want to listen to a song, I want to listen to something that has a tune/melody, or something catchy, not a whole bunch of ear killing noise.

^ This. Dear lord, this.

Death Metal is as much music as hockey is a sport. Sure, it has the basic structure of something vaguely musical, but all it is to me is a bunch of screaming mayhem.

What about both? A pulsating ear killing beat and a melody.

I don't really have a favourite genre. It's more along the lines of happy music, but that can fall under nearly any genre...

I just listen to random music, and if I like it, I buy it.

I need examples for:

RnB
Classical

Anyway, I've concluded the best musical genre in existence is Eurobeat.

Which you forgot to put on the list. Along with Jazz.

Both Eurobeat and Jazz are amazing.
