Hi I moved my digital GIMP drawn stupid art to tumblr and started posting it again

I still don't have a drawing tablet thing so like don't hate me all the time art is slightly harder with a mouse (eg: way harder)
I only draw myself (big boob monster so be warned)

Also I am a simple person with simple pleasures so a large percentage of things are suggestive or slightly lewd but I don't do anything explicitly nsfw

First off: rude

Second: I don't see anybody else asking for feedback, and they get 10 replies saying how good it is!

I think it's rare for anyone to get 10 replies. 3 or so seems to be the max.

That said, people are gonna comment on what interests them. To use a couple of examples from the last page, Rui drew a picture specifically for me, so I commented on it in appreciation. I also posted a picture of Nidoqueen, a recognized character amongst most corners of cutstuff and one who starred in a game made by some of the community members. Freeman is familiar and (I guess) interested in the character and commented.

I also posted a colorful drawing of Princess Peach a couple of pages back, though, and got no comments. It happens. Nobody's entitled to take interest in your art, it's a silly thing to whine about.

It's also a silly thing to be rude when someone's trying to get help (hint: "that's very very sad)

Recognition shouldn't be your motivation for drawing, or anything, really. Your drive to do well at something should be because it's something you feel passionate about.

This falls right back in line with what I just said though. Nobody is obligated to give you any such. You are acting very entitled. Please stop and think about it for a moment.

Also, just because people don't respond to your posts doesn't mean that you are specifically being ignored. I can understand if you're feeling a little bit left out and that makes you upset, but you're being rather childish bout it.

This too, of course. I saw your Alex Kidd sprite from a couple of pages back, but I know little about alex kidd and have no interest in it so I didn't have anything to say.

I believe that, on average, 90% of posts anywhere on the net are left without any visible reactions - or, if you prefer, "ignored".

If you want recognition, you have to be patient and work hard and observe and learn and then work some more. Patience and learning being key words.
