Abilities/Powers: Fusion (as his name suggests) has can draw the abilities of any video game character (with a limit of 3 at one time, to avoid over poweredness.) also when he dispells the powers he becomes tired and glitches and lags(cuz its NOT COOL to cheat in games),

I still think this sounds a little OP.  I mean, video game characters have such a wide range of skill.  Let's imagine, for a moment...
Ryu.  Ability to shoot fire from your hands.  Exceptional physical strength.
Plus Link.  Natural swordsmanship.  More gear than you could ever need to pummel your opponents.
Plus Sonic.  Too-damn-fast running speed.  Ability to transform and get stronger via Chaos Emeralds.
All this, on top of your talent with throwing knives and such?  Yeah...I don't think so.

Weapons:  ninjutsu(NOT Naruto ninjutsu, real life ninjutsu)

Pssst.  "Ninjutsu" is the Naruto name for their ranged attacks, and kunai knives and shurikens are very real.

BTW Can we add more locations to the list?

Sure you can!  Just try and make sure it isn't already up there, and that it's a location that would either make sense or be interesting to be fighting in.

I don't even like Street Fighter Powers, and Sonic the Hedgehog abilities, plz.  I'd rather use Shadow's Chaos Control, or Chaos spear or Chaos blast for ranged attacks or close combat, for tatical purposes.  And really LINK!  Wow, I have a frikkin katana, and my own equipment,  and CHAOS EMERALDS!!! Wow..just wow...I'm not from Sonic Universe so I can't use them even if I did take Sonic's abilities.  and real life ninjutsu is Japanese martial arts used by ninjas, ninjutsu in real life are not ranged attacks its hand to hand martial arts.

Thats what I mean.   Skill from one video game character, so ok I use Metal Sonic's Stardust shield to block a ranged  attack from an enemy, then I use Shadow's Chaos Control to teleport behind him, then I use Gideon Graves' Pixel Katana to make a powerful swipe to slash him in the back. Then i can dispell the powers whenever, then choose another three after 3 mins of lagging and glitching.  ( I can still attack with normal attacks i'll just be slow from lagging and freeze for a couple secs because of glitching and when it happens is random.)

Anyway, Proto, just because you wouldn't doesn't mean you couldn't--not to mention you won't.  Remember, EK can write for you to use any powers he wants.
Now, if you can only take one skill from each character, that seems reasonable, but the lag/glitch is pointless because you can just hold your first ability set for the entire fight, then release them once you've won.
And wouldn't Gideon count as a movie/comic character first?

It's actually a reference to the Scott Pilgrim movie, so allow me to explain:  Gideon Graves used hand signs (which represent a cheat code) to summon his Pixel Katana instaed of running to go get it himself (kind of like an instant unlock cheat) and when he did that he glitched and lagged (only for about 2 secs though) and that scene was a reference to how some developers put in failsafes to keep players from cheating and using codes because cheatong and using codes to get stuff is NOT COOL.

The lag and glitching is fair, because Im not the kind of person to be cheap and not have power diversity.  And I will dispell powers often, after they serve their purpose so for 3 WHOLE mins I have to either stall my opponent (if im alone) with regular attacks that are slow.  Or rely on my comrades to back me up.

I'd say go with a different sword, or maybe a MACE that has the FURY of the SUN. Maybe a BLADE that uses the power of SOL. Perhaps a CANNON with the power of DARKNESS.

Or just create your own weapon to use.

Appearance: Think, Mr. Driller. Small, kid like, and has a huge drill.
Personality: Simple Minded. Though he can quickly become sadistic and insane underneath the appearance.
Weapon of Choice: A huge drill.
Abilities: Can use bombs but they are annoying to use as he needs to be away from them. Can summon his idol “Master Hand” to do fights for him. Able to shoot small blasts of fire out of his hands.
Other notes: Not only is he sadistic! But when something doesn't go his way he throws a tempter tantrum.
