What I'm seeing here is that those "facts" aren't backed up by studies or even pictures, at least in the opening post. Here, I found a picture of the Oort Cloud and the distance of it from Saturn:

Which begs the question of how Saturn could've lost a satellite, if it's well inside our solar system's gravitational field. At first I thought that it could be the size of it, thinking it was too small and thus not producing enough gravitational force to orbit around Saturn properly. However, I then found this:
