D.I.Y. Robot Rebellion

The point of this thread is essentially to design your own Mega Man game given the Robot Master and Fortress Stages given in MM1-MM10, MMI-MMV, And RM&F-RM&F2.

Rules:
-Rebellions can be as silly or as awesome as you want
-You can have a single extra castle tacked on to your rebellion
-Try to give a reason for your rebellion, like -Most Catastrophic- or -Easiest Rebellion Ever- or -Best Weapon Selection- or some shit like that.
-If this is in the wrong place, move it. If this sounds retarded as anything, lock it and let me hang my head in shame.
-NEW RULE: Try to add a weakness chain!

My Rebellion would be:

-Powerful Weapon Selection-

Robot Masters:

Flame Man
Crystal Man
Wave Man
Hard Man
Quick Man
Jewel Man
Cold Man
Cut Man

Wily Stages:

Stage 1:
MM7DW1
Stage 2:

Final Boss:

Wily Capsule 7

I was half expecting this to be a contest to make out own game and we could only use stuff from Mega Man games. No original content.. I'm mildly disappointed.
I'll post my thingy later. Also 1,000th post. Woot and such even though I have more than 1000 in reality.

That's exactly the point of this topic: use stuff from older MM games to make a new one.

If you want it to be a contest, go ahead, but I don't know if anyone else wants that.

You see, what I meant was, I thought this was a competition to make a fangame, not to make a theoretical game.
Also, I never saw the difficulty in Wily Capsule 4 (Capsule 7 if you're weird) but eh, that's off-topic.
