A non-legit way would be to use cheat codes or the game genie...

And using a turbo button is basically letting you fire shots faster then humanly possible.

Don't quote me on this one but if you can "emulate" turbo firing that means you can tap the button with literally no break in between taps. Not even a millisecond.

And EK I mean I can tap the B button so fast I can make Megaman fire almost at turbo speed.

Now I see how Quick Man is easy.The only problem I had with this stage was the 4th force beam room.

The biggest problem I had with Quickman was refilling the Time Stopper with hotheads to stop time on the last quickbeam room making it easier.
