Flying? A focus on aerial combat?

Seems like a nice change of pace from the last two Super Toohoo Fighters (TM) in the series. Don't get me wrong, I really liked both of those games, but it's neat to see a change in gameplay for the third installment. Sort of makes it feel more like an actual "Touhou" game with the flying and the bullets and the spells and whatever.

So hey, the demo for Hopeless Masquerade is out. Confirmed characters are Reimu, Marisa, and Ichirin. Thoughts?

I'd say its fun and simple. yet you can make strategic combo's of spell and system cards plus with the always flying it feels like what its supposed to be... A danmaku fight! so yes i'm waiting eagerly for it!

So I did a score contest with a few other youtubers (my touhou channel is CaptainRageQuit)

I was doing JUST FINE until Kai finished with 1 life more than me :L. The classic tortoise-hare situation I guess XD

The lack of ... well, anything in the lower left corner is just unsettling.
And Marisa has a flamethrower?!
And Sakuya returns?!
At least the character art is a lot better than in 10d

EDIT: Circle-shaped healthbar. Why. A line near the top of the screen works a lot better, in my opinion.
EDIT2: Why does that one screenshot have 4.0/4.0 P, but 0 Score. That's just wrong.
