Me - Okay, you should ban Udyr. This guy said he was playing jungle udyr last time I was matchmaking, and since he's not here, he's on the other team.

Team Captain - udyr is useless

Me - Udyr is destructive!

Team Captain - i dont care

.. And then later, when we start picking, the other team captain picks Udyr.

well, i see his point.
Udyr isn't useless, but he isnt ban worthy.
Ban other champs like blitz, hec, elise, shen, malph, amumu, or other good picks, udyr isnt really banworthy

But yes, while Udyr isn't banworthy, it would really throw off the jungler's plans. If somebody banned your main champion, what would happen? I don't think that would go well; they may have some very bad ganks.

I'm pretty sure amumu was already banned by then, plus other priority bans.

But hey, that's just what I'm thinking.
