"Geez. Quickman feels like doing something, so everyone just HAS to follow." Napalmman thought. "Quickman's so awesome. Let's completely abandon our quest and help Quickman. Let's forget about saving Earth and life as we know it and help Quickman. Well I say if Quickman got himself into it, then we should go on with saving the world and let Quickman deal with it. What kind of ass charges towards insane scores of dinosaurs without thinking?" Napalmman turned and walked into the fortress. "Whoawhoawhoa, wait up, Napalm. You're not gonna survive going in there on your own, you idiot. Quickman just did that and look what happened to him." "....Fine. Come on." Napalmman turned to Bass and Skullman. "Are you idiots coming or are you going to stare at the 'awesomeness of Quickman?' "

[Duora Super Gyro]

Gyroman wasn't paying attention. He was staring at the 'awesomeness of Quickman'
"Yeah. Seems pretty bad over there... So im gonna stay with you guys."

"Yes, I remeber you PumpMan."  ProtoMan asked.  "I even know before you were infected y Roboenza you were a sewage treatment robot, and that you were a really nice guy before Roboenza, it's nice to see you back to normal."

Pumpman smiled, knowing he is a little bit memorable.
On the other hand, Heatman looked at the robot masters swim over to the island.
"...Geez. Is Quickman really THAT overrated?! Whatever..."
Heatman using his heat tackle, ran across the lake to aid Slashman's help.

Quickman was almost to the island when a dinosaur's tail came out of nowhere flying towards him like a boomerang. Quickman was ready to be hit when a Pharaoh Shot came out of nowhere. Quickman turned to see Pharaohman and Heatman following him. He smiled. "Thanks, guys! Come on, the island's just ahead."

They finally made it to the island, but it was harder to survive on the island than just getting to it. Quickman, Heatman, and Pharaohman were having a hell of a time trying not to get killed while yelling for Slashman. Where was he?

Dynamite tried her best not to get hit by anything on her way. She didn't really care that much about Quick Man or Slash Man, she was just bored. Paradox continued to follow directly behind.

Pharaohman was holding his shield, blocking most of the dinosaur parts that came at him. "Where in the name of Anubis did you go, Slashman?"

Heatman arrived at the scene, all pumped up.
"Don't worry Slashman! With my flaming ability, nothing can stop us from protecting you! Now where is that dragon?!"

Pumpman just sat down, and looked at Protoman.
"While those guys are helping Slashman, why don't we go investigate inside the X fortress Proto? Me and the gang attempted to get inside this fortress yesterday, but Wily was there and he caught us off guard. I wonder if he is still here...?"

[Proto Man]

"Nah lets continue inside DarkMan's fortress, I need to make sure that justice is truly done here..." ProtoMan frowned.

"Alright. So what has bothered you about the DarkMan's fortress so much? Except for the idea that Darkman4 has taken your identity and ruined your reputa-"
Pumpman just thought of something, looked at Protoman, then asked,
"...You ARE Protoman aren't you?"

"Yes, and to prove it PumpMan." ProtoMan whistled.  "DarkMan cannot copy my whistle." ProtoMan said.  "And lastly, he did had taken my identity, he doesn't have it anymore."  ProtoMan said.

Pumpman sighed a sign of relief.
"Great. Lets get going inside."
Pumpman put up his Water Shield, and waited on Proto's signal.

Rythem waited for the signal as well. He didn't follow Dynamite, not really interested in what was going on with Slash Man.

Napalmman and the others kept running through the fortress's defences and came to the boss door. "Welp, here we are. Let's go." Everyone walked into the corridor as the boss door closed behind. Beyond them stood the second door. "Heh, it's ironic. I'm used to being on the OTHER side of this kinda door." Napalmman chuckled to himself and turned around. "We ready?"
