Thanks for the info. One last question. If a character dies, does that clear up a character spot or not? Why?

Now to finish my character list.
Character 1: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3844&start=127
Character 2: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3844&start=167
Character 3: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3844&start=183

Character 4!(Finally...)

Name:  Harry Shroomlen

Personality: A silent Bounty Hunter. He doesn't talk much, but when he does, he's usually a nice guy (Toad Mushroom boy thing...).

Appearance:

Weapons/Attacks:

Shroob Blaster Rifle: An upgraded Shroob Blaster (from Mario and Luigi Partners in Time). It fires a rapid amount of laser balls.

Battle Hammer: A Golden Hammer with a Dark Red Handle. It can be slammed into the ground, walls, and the ceiling, not only causing a quake, but damaging/destroying the wall as well.

Energy Shurikens (Throwing Stars): Shurikens made of pure energy.

Bombs: Do I really have to explain this?

Jumping: He jumps on enemies...derp. (HOW MANY TIMES AM I GOING TO DERP!?!)

Special Abbilities: He carries a bottomless pack of items, ranging from Mushrooms to Invincibility Stars. He pulls out a type of item, and gives out one item to each of his teammates. A Star Man's effect nulliifys 3 attacks, A Mushroom heals some wounds if eaten, etc. etc.

It can't clear up a character slot. Because by the time I start writing, characters will be closed.

Contradiction: Previous records have you claiming you "already wrote the first chapter." Therefore, at the time you started writing, character submissions were still open.

You miss understood the question. I ment if a character dies, does it clear up a spot for you to make a new character when CutStuff War Part 3 comes around?

Edited something small (but maybe important) in Rivera's backstory.
Tomorrow I'll add stuff in Alvin Mexted's description.

Hello Epic Kirby, I hope you don't mind if I metaphorically punch you in the stomach. Not only am I requesting that you add Meteor Man BACK IN to the story, but I'm also going to write up a character outline at the last possible moment. Yes, I know you love me too.

Just like Nidoqueen this character is sorta dumb so if you want to punch me in the face again that's perfectly fine :p

Name: Jasper

Appearance: Mostly wears simple everyday attire, though she prefers the color dark blue for some reason. Short hair that ends just before the shoulders, with a little bit of a side-cut at the top near her forehead. She's also really fond of berets for some reason.

Personality: In a word Jasper is, for all intents and purposes, The Straight Man. She doesn't put up with anyone's crap and she's pretty upfront about it as well. She's actually a very sociable person once you get to know her, but people don't tend to willingly "hang out" with Jasper due to her abrasiveness and all. Because of her short hair and nonexistent chest snarky remarks, people often mistake her for a male. Oh, did I mention she has an uncanny weakness for rocky road ice cream?

Attacks

Trick Deck: Jasper throws playing cards at the opponent at high speeds to deal damage. Every card has the same effect, though it should be noted that Jokers cause poisoning and Aces deal critical hits for some strange reason. Jasper usually throws a few cards at once in a sort of spread, though sometimes she throws a cluster of cards all in the same direction but at varying speeds; this causes one particular point to be pelted with a series of hits. A third option is to "set" cards in mid-air, have them lock-on to the target, then shoot them all at once. (Compare to first form Ghirahim's knife-throwing attack from LoZ: Skyward Sword.) Unlike Magnet Missile or other homing weapons, the cards don't "track" the target but instead head towards a singular point, like Wily's elemental death balls from MM7. If Jasper is part of a Combat Team she can throw/set cards faster, and if she is part of a Super Combat Team two other card types gain bonus effects. Kings will now explode on contact, dealing extra damage as well as creating splash damage. However, Queens do little to no damage but they temporarily stun the target.

High Roller: A somewhat unorthodox means of attacking, due to the fact that it involves rolling exploding dice. The dice start off small (like normal people dice) but grow in size after being thrown, similar to Squeeze Bomb from Mega Man X8. Depending on the number rolled, the explosion gains different attributes, such as changing to an electric-element explosion of sparks, having an increased blast radius, or causing residual burn damage. However, the damage output usually stays the same. If Jasper is part of a Combat Team hits from the actual dice (before they explode) do more damage, and if she is part of a Super Combat Team she can throw two dice at once.

Power Potions: Being the head of the after-school science club, Jasper is adept at mixing potions for use in several situations. Her potions have a wide range of effects, from increasing the attack power of all allies to eliminating enemy power-ups to removing any in-field effects like barriers and special fog. A special potion can even revive a fallen ally! However, Jasper doesn't use many potions due to the length of time it takes to craft them. She also needs a lot of focus and concentration to make a potion, meaning that she can't create potions during battle. Because potions are ready-made items, it wouldn't make much sense for them to receive a boost from a Combat Team, now would it?

Purple Magic: Jasper can summon the power of ghosts to assist her in combat, changing her spells into many useful forms. Flare Wisp can "set" a floating blue spirit flame at any empty point from close combat to mid-range, which will sit still and float in the air for a somewhat lengthy period of time. The spirit flame will dissipate sooner if contact is made or if Jasper detonates all active Flare Wisps; enemies will take substantial damage whereas Jasper and her allies will recover a small amount of energy if they are exhausted, worn out, or otherwise tired. Ghoul Shield summons a semi-circle of six souls around Jasper that will slowly rotate in a ring and follow her around. She can get close to enemies and deal "hugging damage" while shoving them backwards with the barrier's force; alternatively, Jasper can disrupt the shield and simultaneously launch the six ghastly flames in front of her in a spread formation. While the shield is spinning Jasper can reflect low-power magic projectiles, though she cannot use Trick Deck or High Roller. If Jasper is part of a Combat Team her magic's offensive power grows; Flare Wisp deals heavier damage while Ghoul Shield's spread attack can do combo hits. If Jasper is part of a Super Combat Team her spells gain increased support power; Flare Wisp restores a greater amount of energy, and Ghoul Shield can reflect mid-strength magic projectiles as well as weaker bullets.

Due to the inclusion of this new ability the previously established Dark Blue Magic has been retconned, though you can still read it here.
(click to show/hide)
Team Power Up: If Jasper is with an ally or someone she feels that she can genuinely trust, she can form a Combat Team with that person. Both members of the Combat Team will be alerted to their partner's actions and thoughts (think "team chat" in online games) and they have the option of synchronizing their attacks. The benefits of forming a Combat Team vary between Jasper's moves, but they all have positive effects. In addition, the secondary member of the Combat Team will also enjoy powered-up versions of their normal skill set. Please note that Combat Teams are more powerful if the pair has an extremely powerful bond (think "same color combo"), and that these Super Combat Teams receive their benefits PLUS all the benefits of a regular Combat Team.

EDIT NOTE: Although Jasper's magic is now purple to fit her ghost ability theme better, she still dresses primarily in blue and as such her Combat Teams are still influenced by a dark blue colour.

Last one!

Name: Astraea Satevis

Appearance: Short, with blond hair and brown eyes. She wears a princess attire, with a diadem, and a knife sheath at her side (look at roc's pic for a sort of reference)

Personality: Haughty and arrogant, Astraea thinks of everyone simply as a pawn, and easily sacrificed, disregarding their true worth. She treats everyone with complete disrespect and contempt, and thinks of herself highly. When things don't go her way, she can act like a total brat. Astraea prefers to let others do her dirty work, but will fight if she has to, aiming for a quick kill. Her personality is known to be mercurial, as it can change in an instant (usually to enraged). This is very different from her original personality, in which she viewed everyone as equal, and was much more benevolent in character. She prefers to keep her goals secret, and holds a surprising amount of knowledge about Boreas, thanks to the "incident".

Backstory:
(click to show/hide)
Weapon: She prefers to use long ranged attacks, and will use a decorated knife (family heirloom) for close combat if the situation requires it. She can use her knife as a throwing weapon, and then have it return back to her.

Other Abilities:

Pressure Manipulation: Astraea has the power of manipulating pressure, intensifying or decreasing the force of pressure in an area. It works better in small, concentrated areas, as controlling pressure in say, a large area is more difficult due to all the forces that she needs to control in a giant radius. She also has slight control over water pressure, and temperature, giving her limited control in water and fire abilities (She can't, say, control either completely).

Solidify: Astraea can create walls or projectiles out of intensified pressure, and will use it to defend against attacks or create multiple walls to surround and crush the person. The strength of the walls depends on how much pressure is being compacted to form it. These can be broken if a stronger force is applied against it. She can increase pressure in order to pin her opponent to the floor, push or pull him, or even raise him upwards by increasing pressure below him. These forces can also be either blunt or sharp, depending on the the concentrated area of pressure.

High to Low: Astraea can increase and then lower the air pressure in a small radius, which can pop the target's ears or kill them if she does it fast enough, although the fast change of pressure control required can tire her to the point of unconsciousness if she does it too much, and it needs to be in close or mid-range to work.

Climate Change: Astraea can change the climate to either stormy or dry by producing two conflicting pressure "fronts" causing a storm. Dry climate is caused by increasing pressure. She will use this to counter both ice and fire abilities, or to increase her own in stormy weather.

Wind Magic/Levitation: She can control the winds through clever manipulation of air, and can create anything wind related (tornadoes, storms, heavy winds, etc). Most of this was amplified after she took some of Boreas's power. She can levitate by condensing air pressure below her.

Manipulation of Sound Waves: Astraea can create and bend sound waves to her will, creating deafening noises or annoying high pitched frequencies that can slowly turn a person insane. This can easily break glass, which includes mirrors, at a certain pitch.

Other: She is the sister of Antares, although thought to be dead. Antares hasn't seen her since his exile to this dimension. Heavily dislikes being called "short."
She values control over all else, and heavily dislikes surprises. When she loses control, her own abilities suffer immensely.

Name: Ludicarmino

Appearance: A figure in grey robes with symbols in a lighter grey trim with a black helmet with glowing yellow eyes.
Or if you like pictures:
(click to show/hide)

Personality: Ludicarmino has little to no light shed on its personality. It seldom talks only speaking a few words at the time if it even speaks to you at all. Ludicarmino does a job but no one knows what that job is, all it does is kill or attempt to kill certain people. It does not seem to take sides in anything and only seems to care about its job, no matter what goes on in the world it does not concern Ludicarmino. Ludicarmino only has a helmet for a head, the only thing that changes in the intensity that his yellow eyes glow, for some strange reason though people can tell his emotions in a similar manner that people read facial expressions.

Backstory: Ludicarmino is a being that was created to make people have an epiphany like pyramid head from silent hill. Ludicarmino is shown in some cave paintings and described in ancient tablets to fight those who have seemingly done wrong in their life.  People who have fought this say that the experience changed them.

Weapons: Two long 6 foot swords, black as darkness itself.  Ludicarmino does not use traditional sword fighting techniques; it fights almost ritualisticly with his swords the fighting style is very unpredictable. It can rub its swords together and the swords will shoot out a white fireball. If this fireball hits something it will burst into flames.

Powers: Ludicarmino is feared by those who know what it is. However it is not because that it is physically scary, it is because of the things you realize when you fight Ludicarmino. Ludicarmino’s powers help to do this.

Limb regeneration: If Ludicarmino's limbs are cut off, blown up, or even destroyed by pure oblitteration, they will turn into a tar like substance and reform.

Levatation: When Ludicarmino is in its robed form, it moves around by floating. No one sees its feet or legs.

Forms: Ludicarmino has various forms, if you “kill” the form with the robes, the body bursts into white flames, but there is a black tar like substance that is left afterwards.  This is what Ludicarmino actually is. This substance can morph into anything and what it morphs into gives Ludicarmino various affects.

Tank form:  This form is a power house with a lot of defense. This form looks like the shadow devil from MegamanX5 however it does not have the eye.  This form attacks with punches, nothing else.  These punches however can stretch long distances and they cover a large area, this form is the about 2x as large as the original Shadow Devil.

Striker form:  This form has High amounts of attack with an equal amount of speed.  This looks like a combination of Deoxys attack and speed forms.  This form attacks with striking with its tentacle like appendages and dashing into the opponent. However this form has low defence.

Range form:  This form has average attack and defense, and slightly better speed.  This form looks like a sleek futureistic robot, the substance that Ludicarmino actually is can morph into different kinds of guns, anything from SMG's to shotguns. These guns have infinet ammo.

Psychic form: This form looks like Shuma Gorath. This form attacks with Psychic powers such as, Psionic beams, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and it has telepathy allowing Ludicarmino to read the opponents thoughts.  This form can teleport incredibly quickly with a short time needed to be able to teleport again. This form can also absorb life, and energy from people, however Ludicarmino has to physically touch its target to do so. For some reason Ludicarmino becomes a bit pervertied when he is in this form.

Magic form:  This form looks like Magicman.EXE and it uses a wide array of magical attacks and spells.  It does not know any healing spells.

Past hauntings: Sometimes if the opponent has shown a degree of skill Ludicarmino will morph into a black version of someone he fought or killed in the past, and will fight with the same or an improved skill level as the person Ludicarmino has morphed into, using the same weapon, and the same powers. This is the ultimate test of his targets skills, but it is not the point. This form will also speak but in a VERY distorted way and will use the oppents memories to see why the past haunting was killed and will even use the past hauntings problems and reasonings for fighting to mentaly cripple and confuse the oppoent.

Slight Immortality:  Ludicarmino cannot be killed per say. Ludicarmino can only leave and be “Killed” Under two conditions. Ludicarmino “Kills” itself if the person realized what he had to (another version of this is Ludicarmino lets its target kill it) or if Ludicarmino is beat up too much by its target.  Ludicarmino will appear to be dead but it will be back eventually however it takes time for him to recover.

False redemption: If Ludicarmino's target tricks Ludicarmino into thinking that they (the target) have learned what they had to and Ludicarmino realizes this, things get ugly.  Ludicarmino morphs into a puddle, (a pure black puddle) then chains ( they look simmilar to Tabuu's throw attack) come out of the puddle, one at a time, these slightly home in on the target then impales and then drags them to the puddle. If they fall in the puddle, they sink in and die. However if they last about 30 seconds he will sink into the earth, but Ludicarmino will still try to kill you again in the future if he finds you again

Spiritual travel:  Ludicarmino can travel to all forms of spiritual freedoms and punishment and supernatural locations on or near this world. (i.e heavens, hells, gameandwatch realm) However Ludicarmino cannot go to these locations during the middle of combat. Ludicarmino cannot be harmed in a spiritual realm and it can not attack others in the same realm unless they attack it first.

Other notes: Ludicarmino is not invincible, it will leave if it is hurt badly enough. Ludicarmino is genderless and is neutral working only on its own acts. Ludicarmino can be supposedly seen by everyone when someone dies, but there is no proof of that fact. Some say that Ludicarmino will also show people to there ideal heaven if they earned its approval.

As long as I know you can do small updates to your characters after the descriptions get closed, right? In that case, I added a diminute thing to Clockwork Troll, if he beats someone he does the shuffle over his opponent's dead body to taunt him
