Just as a note for team based games: victory / defeat music for each team is different. So your custom music will only be heard when playing non team based games or as the Dr. Light team.

For reference, Dr. Wily's win music is WILYVIC, lose music is MM10RAIN, Cossack's win music is COSSVIC, Mr. X's win music is MRXVIC, and Cossack and Mr. X share the same lose music as with Light.

I've had this texture error happen before. All you have to do is use the lower/upper unpegged properties for the line and reset the offsets to 0.



By the way, I think Caustic Caverns is the best map in the pack. Although you should probably make that toxic do damage while under it, seeing as it was used as a OHKO floor in Defiled. Also, the water in Hydrocity should be translucent to allow players to see what's going on down there without having to go in.

Everyone has varying opinions, and I personally enjoy either Crisis Valley or Her Majesty's Mill.

That's incredibly selfish. No one has to cope with software errors just because you can run GL all of the time. There's no reason why you can't make water translucent for both software and GL, which has been done easily to death by now.

No, I'm not forcing you to get out of software, I'm saying that this pack is more enjoyable in OpenGL.
Roz09 (Train) has a software fps issue yes/being fixed. Roz20 (Springfield) however, this is the first report that's came in. Will keep an eye on that.

Who wants a giant image dump? But first...

* Why is there water in almost every map? Seriously there's just so much.
* There are also a lot of teleporters. Most of the time they are completely unnecessary and just break the flow a lot.
* There also feels like a lot of "copy paste" in this pack. Preemptive Strike is a prime example even though the ships are not exactly 100% alike. It just feels like one ship could have been expanded instead of making two of them. In Crisis Valley this is also apparent with the water.
* The lights in that one map go off far too frequently and take too long to come back on.
* In ROZ20, the springs don't play the bounce sound. Also, the time stopper is piss-easy to get. It doesn't help there's item 1 and wire everywhere so it's basically idiot-proof.

A lot of the ideas in this pack are actually quite genius, but the layouts (especially for maps like Temporal Tower and that fish tank map) are a huge let down. I haven't played online with this yet so I won't really comment on issues in too much detail yet. Overall it's a decent start, but not exactly the amazing pack of the century everyone was hyping it up to be.

Probably going to come off as a rant but the above post is heavily opinionated so weeeeeeeee

I was prepared to write a huge wall "contesting" each image, and to put it simply "Cool".
Cool that you don't understand the texture links/makes sense above water and how yes, they look weird below water and I don't care, not to mention that using software for item lights underwater is indeed weird.
Nice to know that people just can't have cactuses growing in a parking lot; that the imagination of a penguin power plant cannot exist.
And that's really informative that you disagree with a nonblack ceiling, something I dared to try after I grew tired of the black ceiling.
Finally, no, nothing was copied, I drew everything by hand.

The thing is Gummy, I understand that you don't agree with my texture choice, decorate choice, or perhaps even my placements. However, it's preference. Some people like it, and some don't. Thank you for your concerns; they don't particularly interest me.

I WILL look into decreasing the time of the darkness in Proton Powerhouse, at least.

I tried this with Chaos Generator.

My Jelly World's lost its bounciness when I tried it on your maps (I tried it on Springfield first, then Temporal Tower). :( I mean, the level still moves up and down, but it doesn't bump anyone nor items into the air anymore, which was the main reason I love Jelly World. It's as if they all have the +MOVEWITHSECTOR flags added to them.

I just painstakingly converted Hard Man's map into UDMF to see if this is the cause, and sure enough, it is.

This is... disturbing. How would I solve this? :| :| :|

EDIT: Especially since I just remembered the core maps are moving to UDMF in MM8BDM-v4.

Incidentally that was on purpose, though not exactly the way you think. I thought Flash Stopper would be good for the upper level due to the walkways over lava and the severe lack of rails, but I didn't want to leave it out in the open for anyone to just run up and grab. I shoved it behind the lower level's pillar because that area was sort of a dead-end and you could get your face ripped off if someone else is paying attention, though I forgot that said dead-end had a small pit around the pillar. A better idea would've been to put something like Wind Storm there to pole-vault people into pits instead, but I digress. It was silly and probably should get changed to something else.

I just noticed that there's a dining table on top of a wagon in Roz09. Also, I want to know what the purpose of Skull Barrier in Roz01 is aside from potentially falling into a pit while trying to wire back and forth.
