Tails, I would smack you for both your hatred of chocolate and your misspelling of hate, but you make up for it with the Whose Line avatar.

Cheesy omelets especially with mushrooms, bacon, and salsa

and

Cinnamon Rolls

are possibly the best breakfast foods ever made by mankind. Except if they are frozen and made in a factory.

People don't seem very taken with the fact that this is my favorite food, but I really love eating octopus. It can be prepared in such nice ways, it's got a really nice texture, and it's a really cool looking food.

Octopus sushi is indeed tasty, though sometimes a bit too chewy.  I like crab better though, all things considered.

You know what's really good every once and a while?
Chicken oscar. It's a chicken breast (Grilled or fried, my mom prefers to fry it) topped with crabmeat and veggies.

Oh yeah, and any seafood-based carbonara is awesome in my book.

YOU KNOW NOTHING OF THE PIZZA ARTS....ahem, there is this Pizza join in Newfoundland that I ate on travels. IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA EVER, the pepperoni tasted like it was carefully cooked and then added to the pizza, every thing else just blended into pure flavor. What was it called Luigi's Pizza, how unorigional.

Ho boy! A cookin' topic! Time to go hog wild as much as I can!
As much as I enjoy cookin', I'm still a novice in cookin' though. Still learnin', so I'll get there eventually. The way I come from, since my family is heavily Chinese, I naturally eat lots of Chinese style foods (though it'd be nice to have a stove that gives a huge fire to work with, but that'd be dangerous). However, since I grew up here I also have another spot for "American" food (Burgers are German, Pizza is Italian and so is pasta for the most part, Fried Chicken's origin is somewhat disputed, and the list can go on...). I cannot live off of only Chinese food for a really long time and vice versa. I WILL get sick of that style of food. Another thin' about my Chinese food diet, I absolutely hate "fake" Chinese (American-Chinese) food. As most of them goes, they are too sweet and not savory (and not "Asian") enough for me. And that point leads to another point on my tastes in food. Like Ivory, I have a weak sweet tooth. My teeth will break just to the thought of some sweets that some folks are into, like one of my friends told me about a desert from somewhere in some Scandinavian place where it's a sweet soup, with sweet syrup, and EVEN MORE sweet stuff like sweetened fruits (like sugar'd fruits). Fruits will satisfy my sugar cravin' most of the time. The sweetest foods that I can handle would be nothin' out of the ordinary like cakes, but I still limit my consumption on them though. If there's anythin' I hate to eat is seafood. In Chinese, there's a way to say that "seafood taste" and I really hate that taste, not to mention that I very low tolerance to that said taste (Is there a way to say that in English?). Fryin' shrimp generally does get rid of that taste, so I am able to eat them without bein' disgusted. But here's a problem with my inability to eat much seafood or sweets, I probably won't cook'em well, even if I have dreamed of doin' so. From experience from seein' many people who cook, people who really know how to taste, are great chefs. Of course, that means that I won't be able to make the cut for seafood and deserts, but I do have everythin' else at my disposable. Speakin' of cookin', My family eats more home cooked stuff than food sold from elsewhere. My mom has been cookin' since she was around 6 -10 years old, so she's been at it for quite awhile. Naturally, addin' 2 and 2 together, she can typically outdo anyone's recipe after a few taste and almost anythin' she makes are wonderful. She never makes anythin' from scratch (although that would be cool in my opinion), so all her sauces (The "sauces" are the #1 important thin' in cookin' 99.5% of the time.) are brands she hand picks to be the best. I'd say I'm quite lucky to know someone who can really cook.

More to come later as I can think of thin's. :p

I LOVE any kind of mushroom. It tastes delicious. It's the best thing you can ever get from italian food.

Also, any kind of dessert suits for me.

Hispanic and some Asian (ramen/noodles) food.

because I'm hispanic.

All hail the mighty Cuban Bread sandwich with black beans and eggs.

No, I'm not Cuban, I'm Guatemalan-American.
