I once had crocodile nuggets at a yearly food fair. It was the best and only chicken flavored animal that I have ever eaten and the slight toughness of the meat makes it even better. There was also another stand that served cow brain sandwiches and it tasted sort of odd but apparently older people like them.

Grilled Cheese

microwave
NO

it's called GRILLED cheese for a reason!

you ALWAYS grill it with a buttered skillet and some light seasonings!

Smashbro has the right idea on this one.
It is called GRILLED Cheese, not Microwave Cheese, or Radioactively Cooked From The Inside Out Cheese.

Fine, if you are going to be picky about it then it is now called "I can't believe its not grilled cheese." Fuck seasonings.

Ya folks don't really have the creativity for fancy cookin'. Sure just cheese and butter would do the trick on a pan. I'm somewhat "offended" on hearin' the thought of usin' a microwave for the sandwich, since microwaves have no "soul" in their heatin'. Now if I were to make my grilled cheese fancy, here's what I would do. First toast both slices half way (Either on a grill or on a pan both works, but never in a microwave.), then lightly cover both slices with olive oil (or any other oil). Add the cheese next, sharp cheddar trumps American anytime as the choice of cheese. Of course not bare! Make sure their somewhat in a state that they'll melt easily and meet the toast at the right time where both the bread gets toasted thoroughly and the cheese gets the right degree of meltyness. Here's where ya add seasonin' to whatever ya taste buds would like. I would add minced onions, black pepper, and herbs like basil, rosemary, and/or oregano. Herbs can not be toasted, so it will be tricky to get the cheese on the right timin' so that the herbs won't get burnt due to their dryness nature. Once the toast and cheese are done, then that's where extra vegtables can come in. Personally, spinach and sauteed baby portobello mushrooms would do the trick here. And there ya go! Fancy grilled cheese!

Now some may argue that it defeats the purpose of a "grilled cheese" with the vegetables, but I'd argue it's a variation of grilled cheese. If ya want to see somethin' about variations, I suggest watchin' Hell's Kitchen Season 3 Episode 9's challenge.

The thought of a flame war over grilled cheese is just hilarious.
