I've never liked PU at all. They made the game for baby men- the graphics become a complete eyesore after a while.. If the choice were to me, I'd scrap the game.

Change for Mega Man 1: Put Bond Man in! Bond Man is awesome! They should also put in another one to have eight.

MM1 - Make Hyper Bombs explode on contact, and try to keep Bond Man and whiever else in the game.
MM2 - Make it harder; it's the easiest in the series! Also, make the Wily energy balls dodgeable and scrap the Buobeam Trap. Make Quick Man have a pattern, and make some of Air Man's patterns dodgeable. Finally, make Metal Man harder or nerf the Metal Blades! >:O
MM3 - Don't give so many E-Tanks and items in Wily stages, give Snake Man, Needle Harries and some others a smaller hitbox, give it a proper intro, make the Doc Robots less durable, and I'm too lazy to list everything else I'd change in 3. :U
MM4 - Nothing. ;)
MM5 - Make Wave Man's stage have proper water in it, and make more Gravity switching. :/
MM6 - Should've had some stages with gimmicks like with the spike platform in Tomahawk Man's stage, and a stage dedicated to the Rush Adaptors.
MM7 - Nothing, it's my favorite in the Classic series. :D

Megaman 2 is the easiest? How many of you have actually played on HARD mode other then "Normal" cause FYI, Hard is the difficulty from the Japanese version, oh wait, its NOT, cause it is STILL easier then the Japanese version.

Play Wily Wars, where your buster does 1 damage to EVERY boss, including Cut and Metal, none of this 2 damage per buster shot. Oh and Air and Wood can THREE shot you.

Too many things to list honestly. The one that sticks out is obviously the crappy turret boss in megaman 2 but the other wily bosses have problems too, mainly being too easy when you use their weaknesses.

Megaman 2 fortress bosses....yeah, there's things in every single one of those that i'd change. Not just the buebeam trap.

Mecha Dragon: Change it somehow so that one hit will not push you to your doom unless you're on the top platform. When I try to give this a decent fight where I actually dodge it's shots I always get hit and die, so I just stand on the top platform and spam buster/boomerang. Probably arrange the platforms to not be a jerk to stand on.

Piko Piko Master: Nerf the damage. It's too frustrating to be instantly hit when by the undodgeable floor and take 8 damage from it. Why 8? More than a 4HKO for something that can cheaply hit you is just bad. If it was about 5 or 6 it might be okay....

Guts Dozer. This one is the most okay of the bunch. Not sure what to change here.

Buebeam trap: Too many things to list. Lack of weapon energy capsules, hardcore sprite flicker, annoying to dodge shots, yeah, it's probably best to just revamp it.

Wily machine: Make the shots more fun to dodge/exist. It's not good when the funnest option is to 1HKO it with a crash bomb....which you might not even have....

Alien: Not much to change, but 8 damage shots and 20 contact damage is a little over the top.

RNC Dozer: Make it not attack and make it receive instant death from all your weapons.

Honestly, even on hard mode, I don't think it properly lives up to the difficulty of the other games. :/
MM2 just has a couple of sudden spikes of difficulty, like Buobeam trap and the Quick Man fight.
Wily wars is a different story. Quick Man on there is a complete pain in the arse, as is Wood Man, but

MM1 - Make Hyper Bombs explode on contact, make Mega Man not randomly fall 300 mph if he falls off of some platforms, bump it up to 8 robot masters with robot master stages that actually don't seem out of place.

MM2 - Yeah, the Buobeam trap (which isn't that bad once you know what to do but still, seems really weird) needs fixing.

MM3 - Make it not rain E Tanks down upon you, make it harder (It was the first Mega Man game I beat the whole way through and other than the Shadow Man revisit, I found it way easier than most of the series), make Rush Jet work underwater and remove Rush Marine, make Top Spin not suck (I don't care what anybody says, I find a complete melee weapon in Mega Man to be pointless), redo almost the entire soundtrack because it sucks.

MM4 - Dear God, fix the boss music.  It sounds like some guy just slapping his hands on a keyboard.

MM5 - Make a few more memorable tracks, make the weapons not suck, and make the game harder.

MM6 - Make the game not on the NES since it was way past its time.

MM7 - Make the final Wily Capsule not incredibly frustrating.

MM8 - Make it not suck.

MM9 - Change a few of the jumps in Wily Stage 2 to not be insanely hard.  Other than that, I adore it.

MM10 - Update the graphics.  MM9 being 8-bit was a nice throwback to a series that hadn't seen a decent game since the mid 90s.  MM10 was a throwback to MM9 from 2 years earlier.  Just once I want to play a good Mega Man game with good graphics.

MM&B - I just find this game pretty iffy.  Make Dynamo Man not way OP compared to the rest, make the 2nd King stage not evil, make the stage selection screen normal, make the game a bit faster pace, do a bit more balancing between Mega and Bass.

MM1 - Make sure the Magnet Beam is given automaticly after killing Elecman. Also, nerf his attacks, and nerf Fireman's aggressive nature too.

MMPU - Buff Oilman as a playable character. Also, allow us to use fortress bosses in custom stages.

MM2 - Drop the Buebeam Trap and replace with a better boss, preferbly taking up the screen like the Dragon and Guts-Dozer. Also, make the Alien vulnerable to the buster.

MM3 - Make the Docrobots smaller.

MM4 - Make the Cossack bosses harder somehow.

RM4MI - Remove all of Bullet Hell Mothraya's attacks and give him 1 HP.

MM5 - Remove the jetski section in Waveman's stage.

MM6 - RELEASE IT IN THE UK!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!

MM7 - Drop the two groups of four Robot Masters concept. Also, nerf Wily Capsule.

MM8 - Again, make it 8 Robot Masters instead of 4 robots in two groups. Also, remove the snowboard areas, I never got passed Wily Stage 1.

MM&B - Drop the silly stage select concept.

MM9 - Add easy mode.

MM10 - Add easy mode (and checkpoints) to the three special stages.

MM1 GB - Fix the slippery physics!! Also, add the slide and make the boss rooms slightly bigger (like in later GB games).

MM2 GB - Revamp the Wily battle. He looks ridiculous crammed inside that dinosaur mech thing.

MM3 GB - Fix the jumps. Also, nerf Punk.

MM4 GB - Make Chargeman's train movements bump Mega Man slightly, like Stoneman's quake stomps.

MM5 GB - Easiest devil ever. He (she?) needs to be buffed. Also, make more games where Wily isn't the final boss.

Wave Man's stage was made fun by that segment. And if 8 didn't have snowboarding, the game would suck more! But I'm not one to judge other's opinions hars-

The jetski section in Wave Man was annoying as hell because the game doesn't even let you pause.
Also I see nothing wrong using Fortress Bosses in custom stages in PU. It would make things interesting.

Battle Network 1 - Add Virus Names, Give PharaohMan, ShadowMan, and Bass Purpose.
Battle Network 2 - Nerf or remove Gater

Battle Network 5 - Make the game less boring, and buff the starting folder.

Not to sound offensive, but I guess you may need to first list things before saying that.

Here are my thoughs:

MM8:

Tengu Man: Don't liked rush jet area too much. I would stick with the typical Rush Jet item. The wind was a great effect, though.

Grenade Man: Don't liked the hammers. I guess that's the only thing to mention here.

Clown Man: It's level design was great, though overall it doesn't look to megaman-esque. I would change a few, but not all textures.

Frost Man: Keep it. Snowboarding could be better without slopes, though. I hated slopes since the start of megaman.

Sword Man: His level is way too gimicky.

Search Man: Great level. It's the only one that I really like.

Astro Man: way too much enemies and dissappearing platforms in the outside. I would keep some section for more megaman-esque gameplay. Don't liked the tower gimmick either.

Aqua Man: The midboss was annoying. Anything else is fine, except for the robot master itself, which has an annoying voice.

Dr wily: Delete rush jet and snowboard gimmicks here. More megaman-esque gameplay here, with the typical wily underwater section and a different gimmick.
