You mean the medals? CutmanMike made those, and you get them from doing certain things. He probably wont make many more though, and the current ones are hard to get.

Here's how to get the current ones and who's got them (best not pester cutmanmike about getting one though):

Badges are made in image-editing software, such as Paint or Paint.NET.

You can find the programs and tutorials on how to use them online.
