From now on, I'll add obituaries for my new concepts, and here are the obituaries for my accepted/ratings pending concepts:
Chameleon Chain MK2:"%o was struck by %k's Chameleon Chain."
Flash Dash:"%o stood in the way of %k, who did the Flash Dash."
Laser Bomb:"%o got sight damage from %k's Laser Bomb."
Circling Ice:"%o got hit by %k's Circling Ice."

Now for new weapons:

Name:Bambazooka
Colours:Green and White
HUD:Buster
Concept:Shoots a 4 segmented bamboo missile which will split into 4 when cut. The bamboo will deal 30 damage when in full form but when cut, each segment will deal 10 damage, making a total of more damage than a whole bamboo missile.
Obituary:"%o was exploded by %k's Bambazooka Shot."

Name:Frisbee
Colours:Blue and Yellow
HUD:Hand
Concept:Shoots a flying disk that falls after a short period. When charged, it will fly further and higher.
Obituary:"%o caught %k's Frisbee... OF DOOM!"

Name:Garbage Wave
Colour:Grey and White
HUD:Something like Flash Stopper and Centaur Flash
Concept:Fires a short ranged stream of scrap metal that falls after going a short distance. When aimed up, it will rain scrap metal.
Obituary:"%o was pelted at by %k's Garbage Wave."

Name:Current Bolt
Colour:Yellow and White
HUD:Buster
Concept:When there is more weapon energy, more weapon energy is used and the shot is stronger. But when there is less weapon energy, the shot becomes weaker and uses less weapon energy.
Obituary:"%o was overloaded by %k's Current Bolt."

Name:Bouncy Ball
Colour:Blue and Yellow
HUD:Hand
Concept:The ball will bounce on the ground for 7 seconds before disappearing. However, the ball deals small damage but rips through enemies.
Obituary:"%o did not dodge %k's Ball."

Name:Floor Drill
Colour:Brown and Grey
HUD:Buster
Concept:Whoever you are aiming or is near the center of your screen will be intercepted by a cross thingy. Then, a drill will quickly jut out of the floor below the player intercepted by the cross.
Obituary:"%o was jabbed in the underside by %k's Floor Drill."

Roulette Buster
Colours: Red / White
Role: buster replacement item
HUD: buster with a small monitor

The Roulette Buster is an optional upgrade for the Mega Buster, usable via pickup item (similar to the Proto / Bass Busters or Super Adaptor). This buster features random attack properties and is great for experienced players looking to test their luck. Press Fire repeatedly to shoot standard buster shots, and charge to start a roulette wheel visible on the weapon. Release a charge shot to stop the wheel and launch an attack with various effects:

Mega Man - A 50-damage charge that can "continue" when fragging.
Proto Man - A lightning-fast 30-damage snipe.
Bass - A flurry of weak spreading bullets, good for locking an area down.
Roll - This attack only deals 10 damage... but it drains the target's ammo!
Bomb - This shot explodes on contact and deals splash damage.
Targeting Reticule - That looks like a homing shot!
Cherries - Wait... did my attack just HEAL the target?
Tornado - This weak 20-damage attack throws opponents sky-high.
Exit Unit - Instead of shooting, you just teleport away. How lame!
Lightning - An electric orb that stuns while dealing 40 damage.
Lucky 7 - Launches a beam that OHKO's... but requires pinpoint accuracy!

Name: Sound Buster
Colors: White and Gray, or vice versa.
HUD General Appearance: Buster
Concept: The shot travels very fast, ( and when it hits the enemy,
they are stunned for a short bit, and they hear a sound
(Whatever you want it to be). With all that, it's not quite strong.
Obituary:"%o suddenly heard %k's Sound Shot."

I kind of doubt this will be accepted, due to
being a bit of a spark shot upgrade.

Name: Manly Chainsaw
Colors: Dark red and orange
HUD General Appearance: The holding end of a chainsaw.
Concept: Generally tears through anything within close range. When you run out of ammo, however, you can throw it for 75 damage.
Obituary:"[killed] was mowed down by [killer]'s chainsaw."
"[killed] caught [killer]'s chainsaw with his face."
Replaces Top Spin/Slash Claw

Name: Brick Joke
Colors: Dark red and Pink
Hud General Appearance: Hand holding a brick.
Concept: Throws a brick. Deals 15 damage if it hits, but only has one shot and disappears when out of ammo. Five minutes later, a massive brick lands on the spot the original brick landed, instakilling anyone it hits.
Obituary: "[killed] didn't get [killer]'s brick joke."
"[killed] forgot about [killer]'s brick joke."

Trine
Colours: Blue / Light Red
Role: finishing move
HUD: opening hand
"%o was triangulated by %k's Trine."

Trine is a mid-to-long-range attack that locks onto enemies but deals low damage, and is a very effective finishing move on a fleeing enemy or a target with low health. When Trine is used, an invisible non-damaging projectile is launched that will home in on an enemy player. If a target is hit, three triangles are spawned away from the target - one directly in front, two behind the target at 60-degree angles. These triangles will spin and spawn new triangles closer to the enemy, and those triangles will spawn new triangles in front, until a sort of "beam" of triangles is formed. These three beams will converge at the original lock-on point, then cross and continue to spread until they reach opposite points of the circle they started on.

Trine has six uses with a full ammo bar, and it will leave some weapons energy as a remainder. The weapon is slightly slow-filling, and the triangles are short-lived one-damage rippers that are more of an annoyance than an actual threat. It is possible to "combo hit" an enemy if they are attacked at the point of convergence (as they could be receiving ripping damage from up to six triangles!), though this is usually difficult to accomplish against moving targets.

Smash Upper
Colours: Red / Orange
Role: Top Spin in reverse
HUD: uppercut punch
"%o got Shoryuken'd by %k's Smash Upper."

It's a melee. It's an uppercut. It throws foes sky-high. And it's on FIRE. What more could you ever ask for?

StoneBod
Colours: Light Gray / Dark Gray
Role: panic button / anti-GHold
HUD: clenching fist
"%o was armor locked by %k's StoneBod."

StoneBod isn't a weapon so much as it is a utility. When this attack is used, the player transforms into stone and plummets to the ground, dealing immense damage to anyone caught underfoot. Like Sakugarne, StoneBod can also deal radius damage, but the damage increases based on the height of the player when the attack is used. For the duration of the attack the user is unable to move, change weapons, or shoot, though they are immune to any and all forms of damage (similar to Skull Barrier). Unlike Skull Barrier, StoneBod can be interrupted early (as long as the player is on the ground) and has four uses in a full ammo bar. StoneBod will also be triggered automatically if the player is attacked by Gravity Hold if they have sufficient ammo, effectively nullifying the damage (and potentially launching a counterattack). However, StoneBod takes IMMENSE amounts of ammo to recharge and cannot be filled with W-Tanks (though an M-Tank still does the job).

Wondrous Pantaloons
Colours: Blue / Cyan
Role: "however"? Anchor Feet is AWESOME!
HUD: opening hand
"%o was pantsed in public by %k's Wondrous Pantaloons."

STEP 1: WEAR PANTS
STEP 2: ANCHOR FEET
STEP 3: ?????
STEP 4: PROFIT!

Other than bein' super flashy, doesn't this kinda remind ya of Dive Missile, except with an invisible projectile?

Trine has a wider effective attack radius and can hit multiple targets in the same area. It's also more powerful. However, it's a little trickier to land hits with, and it eats ammo like there's no tomorrow. On the subject of ammo, Trine also doesn't use any ammo unless it confirms a "lock" on the target.

I guess I didn't sufficiently explain this. Smash Upper can only be used on the ground and moves the player UPWARD whereas Top Spin can only be used in air and moves the player towards the ground. Smash Upper is also an uppercut as the name and description imply, meaning it launches players who are hit by it straight towards the nearest ceiling / skybox. Oh, it's also on FIRE.

Huh... I suppose it does. I was going for an alternative to Skull Barrier personally, because unless you land a direct hit StoneBod's "attack" is virtually nonexistent.

To put it in easier to understand words, Savior, his last weapon is a shield-weapon-esque thing that gives you Anchor Feet when active and does no damage. The Obituary is obligatory, like Plant Barrier's. Think Mirror Buster except it turns you into a Jitterskull instead of making you immortal.

or at least, that's what it seems like

Name:Radioactive Rod
Colors:Neon Green and White
HUD:Throwing Arm
Concept:Throws a glowing green rod (as seen on the Simpsons) that has napalm bomb-like bouncing physics. When it comes to a rest it stays on the field for maybe 10-20 seconds. It has a radioactive aura that constantly deals damage to anyone who gets close, so it is useful for defending cramped areas.
Obituary:"%o turned into a night light from %k's Radioactive Rod."

Name:Virus Link
Colors:Red and Cyan
HUD:Buster
Concept:Shoots a short range data cable that latches onto a nearby opponent. You must stay close or the cable will break. As long as it stays connected it will drain health from the enemy and give half to you, it also fills up a charge meter. When that fills up, and you alt-click while attached to an enemy, it will upload a virus into their system that kills them after a few seconds.
Obituary:"%o caught a bug from %k's Virus Link."

Name:Machine Launcher
Colors:Orange and Gray
HUD:Buster
Concept:Launches a small sputnik-type robot that swarms enemies and pelts them with lasers.
Obituary:"%o hunted down by %k's Machine Launcher."

Name:Multi-Mode Grenade Launcher
Colors:Brown and Gray
HUD:Buster
Concept:Primary fire launches a grenade that acts differently depending on the mode. Altfire switches between modes. Soft-target Detonation: Grenades bounce off of walls but explode when hitting an enemy. Surface detonation: Grenades explode when hitting a wall or floor, but will bounce off of players (for balance purposes).
Obituary:"%o could not follow the bouncing grenade from %k's Multi-Mode Grenade Launcher."
