Reason why I can't trust people on the net anymore...

Certain people may know this, but I'm keeping this anonymous as possible. If you don't like rants, then don't read, simple as that.

Ugh... This chat at Xat has finally gotten to the point I don't want to do anything with them anymore. Every time I go back, in the end I feel either betray or been picked on. I finally removed them on everywhere I had them. Why? Here's the story.

First Strike!
So basically, I gave a member a good impression to the group, I was well-liked there over the summer, everything was fine, all went well, we had ups and downs. Until, many people (including me as well) were causing drama. Eventually, the drama worsened when I invited someone who apparently had chronic depression, when he was there, he would always whined, attack people, and threatened to kill himself, which ended causing drama, so the drama situation basically worsened. But what really got me when my FORMER favorite member (I can't even trust him now), told his bromance friend our secret (Not telling what it is, it's EXTREMELY personal), I left feeling really hurt and wanted to go back to life. So then, I told the member I gave a good impression with (Who was also causing drama) that I wanted to hang out my real life friend, but the drama guy forced me the come back because the guy was hurt. So yeah, dealing with drama for a couple of weeks, in the end, the drama killed the chat and the people migrate to the another chat, so the good impression guy hated me now for showing a screenshot and I wanted him to be quiet since I was irritated by his questions. So, I had to make my own chat to avoid the guy to prevent further drama.

Second Strike!
When my chat was alive, at the end, one of the members I had got into a fight with someone when I told him not to! The guy he was fighting with blocked me, my co-admin and the member ditched me, and someone when them. I was so hurt when that happen, I finally exploded after that. Then I was forced to go to... Well, let's say Sonic699's chat, eventually later on, the third person who ditched me spammed the hell out of me, an admin from Sonic's chat mocked my writing, then the next day, he was acting like a smartass. I had it to the point I moved back to my dead chat, then when it was dead, I felt like I wanted to be done with chats, then when I was happy when it happened, the same guy who spammed me spammed me again to the point I removed him everywhere, he posted the screenshot of me saying I'm done with chats, and people wanted to post a pic of where I was at a bake sale with Anime fans.

Final Strike!
Much to no surprise, I went back to my Xat, I stayed for awhile, I frequently visited for a friend I can DEFINITELY trust, I made up with the people. But yesterday, after I got home from Anime Central (The Anime con at Chicago), I uploaded the pics I took, and uploaded my costume, I noticed a sign when a troll told me I look like a faggot, then I told him not to post the pic, what does he do? HE POSTS IT! Even the people there said my costume sucked. I exploded to no limit, forcing him to take it down, and he did. Later on, I told the co-admin who ditched me about this, and he didn't give a shit, he didn't bother to readd me as well on other places. I just... Couldn't take it anymore.

So yeah, I can't stand being betrayed by them, being picked on by them, not giving a shit about me. So yeah, I needed to leave and remove everyone before it gets worse.

That's my rant.

That's true, unfortunately, I've been in two troll groups in a row since 2010, I left both of them luckily, but yeah, this is the second one.

I did have been trolled before those groups in 2008-2009, mostly because of my out-of-control behavior back then.

I know, but internet chats always degrade to the same pool of rage and trolling, whether it's on Skype, Xat, Steam, or wherever. Just got to keep communities from stagnating when it comes to the internet.

Oh believe me, I'm no stranger to this kind of Xat drama, and some people in this forum may or may not know this.
Why do you think I left MY OWN XAT for good? Just ignore all of those assholes and move on with your life, that's all you need to do.
Hopefully as you do that, things will die down.

I suppose its a good thing i never regarded chat rooms/IRC very highly, ussually all the chatting is in a game or through a message system like Steam/Xfire/MSN, and if they're annoying in a game, nothing will stop me from shooting them for it. :P
I suppose such uncontrolled enviroments just ask for eventual drama.

Also, i wouldnt damn know if Ivory is a he or a she, assuming from the name and the ungodly large amount of touhou/female avatars, i tend to do a default guess at female, in most other cases i tend to guess male instead. Though i suppose it doesnt really matter... (THERE ARE NO GIRLS ON THE INTERNET)

And this place is pretty friendly and/or reliable (most of the time), save for DTD being his usual troll-ish self. He's mostly harmless though.

Oh, believe me. Trolls will be just about anywhere. The best thing to do is remove them from your presence. Nowadays, I don't normally join MM8BDM servers unless a buddy of mine is on. If I didn't have buddies here, I'd probably leave the community, as game content isn't enough to make me want to keep playing online. Fortunately, there's lots of nice people here. Also, our server hosts are generally reliable with trolling issues. The only thing I regret joining, and advise you avoid, is Skype. People can be real jerks there, let me tell you. These days, I just use it for calls with buddies during game-play. Cutstuff, however, is a friendly community for the most part. The moderators handle the forums well. If you're a complete troll here, they'll do something about it. If you make friends here, you definitely won't want to leave for a long time.

Don't let the trolls get to you. I've been to some BAD parts of the internet. I used to play a game called Star Wars: Jedi Academy. The game is dead today, but the fact that it was recently added to steam made it get a few new players (including myself). The only reason a very select few people play that game now is because it's easy to troll new players. I was abused every way possible by some of those people... But they're just trolls. Deep down inside, you know you're better off than they are, so that's all that matters. You don't have to say anything, just ignore them and move on.
