My personal favorite will probably always be FlashMan.EXE, though I love almost all of the NetNavi Designs.

This isn't my favorite, but I find Topman.exe to be hilarious. He even has a pipe (top backwards is pot, right?).

If we can use a netnavi that isn't a counterpart, I would say Kingman is my favorite, but since it is counterparts, I would have to say Shadiwman.EXE

Hmmm favorite Net Navi counterparts...well there's so many I like its hard to choose but, if I am allowed to list 5 of them it would have to be (in order) 1. Zero.EXE/Bass.EXE(Yes that's more than one but screw the rules) 2.Colonel.EXE 3.Megaman.EXE 4.NapalmMan.EXE 5.Darkman.EXE

My top 3:

Zero.EXE
Beastman.EXE
Metalman.EXE

Original versions will always be superior to me, but this is what it is, I guess.

I'd say Bass.EXE since he seems to have a completely different storyline from the Bass in the Classic series yet has a similar personality (getting past the "Hating Humans" aspect). He has a cooler look and he's known to be one of the hardest (sometimes secret) bosses in the Mega Man Battle Network series. He's also the "Lone Wolf" among the Net Navis, which reminds me of myself in a lot of ways..
