I'm very sorry for bumping this, but the original Neo skin needs the same blue-and-cyan treatment that neods did.

Or neo can make a copy of his skin and change the color to match the Blue and cyan colors and call the first one the The unfair version and the second one the normal version
Orangemario did that and i bet neo can do it too
