Its a good start. Hopefully you can keep up this quality for the rest of the frames.
Also btw, may I suggest either fixing the links or removing them for your music packs, as all the files aren't available anymore anyway?

Neptune is done and some sprites are made by Magnet Dood and NemZ oh yeah don't forget to redownload Ninja spy.

I'm gonna be honest, when I first downloaded this, I thought it was going to be shitty- I thought there was no possible way you could finish it that fast.

When I opened it up in Slade, I was truly astounded. This is a beautiful skin and I love the details put into it. The fin, the gas tanks... just wow.

Incredible job with this, FTX. One gripe, you left my crappy walking frame inside the skin at the bottom- you can probably take that out.
