EDIT: just realized that the boots, gloves, and tesla-coil-thingys should be white instead of light blue, so it looks better with weapons other than the Y. Spear and Lego's Plug Ball. either way, the skin is amazing!

I was going to do that but he dosent have so much cyan if a do that and looks kinda wierd to me.

you can keep the tesla-thingys cyan, I would just prefer it if the boots and gloves didn't have cyan, as my original idea was having only the wool change colours. even if you keep it as-is, I'll still use it a lot! C:

I know i gave up for making this skin but i really wanted to finish so i will try on again with new frames, i gave up with guile skin becuz i have been so lazy with that skin!

Hope you don't mind if I offer some critique, as Saturn is one of my favorites out of the Stardroids.

- Walking frames look rather nice, though the feet on the first and third frames might do well being a bit closer together.

- I always thought the sprites with his hoop around him made him look a little constrained, but the front and back in particular make it more noticeable. Maybe making the hoop thinner could help a bit.

Other than those little things, looking great so far. Can't wait to add him to my already *massive* collection of skins.
