I don't exactly think he should run like Megaman, even if he is a Megaman edit. He had his own movement animations in other games, you could always try to mimic that.

That can be hard to me to make it and in the rockman 7 fc ryu mod i played he moves like megaman.

It's actually a really good thing that his suit is cyan.  Whenever he equips a weapon such as Super Adapter or Ice Slasher or Centaur Flash or Rain Flush or (The list goes on), his suit will be white like it's supposed to be.

Something about the headband on the back run animation bothers me, though.
His front and back fire1 frames look very strange.  Try reshaping the hands to show what you'd actually see from the front/back.
Also yes, unique walk animations please.

You had right about fire1 frames but i changes it and must i changes the walk.

:Edit!:I am done with the skin now but i can't changes the walk becuz that can be hard and here is ehery sprites thats is gonna be added with the skin. If someone want still to tell me about his walk sprite again i might make v2 of him. :Edit again!: everyone who had it now must redownload him.

But it's lazy, his cape is poorly(not) animated, his back sprites look incredibly strange, and his head is farrrrrrrrrrrr too wide.
