The offsets actually work now, and thanks to Megaman, it has a new taunt! Wee!

EDIT: Keep in mind this was made for Project Jitterskull. Attempting to use it as Mega Man could cause some glitches.

XD I was just using the older gastly yesterday, sadly I dont even think anyone saw it (then again I have NEVER seen it online for some reason)
